Excellent. I've wanting this chair for a long time.

Easy checkout process

Everything was great, the only thing is that there were no assembly instructions included. I was able to figure it out but would have been a bit easier with instructions.

I loved the options with manufacturers and all the refurbished models. I understand that the chair is refurbished and I am happy to have found this chair type of chair at this price, but the chair was extremely dusty when we received it in the box. Also, we need a certain tool to put it together. I would have appreciated knowing in advance that I would need it.

Easy - Had to followup after placing order to get it shipped. But in the end order arrived successfully and very happy with the Aeron Chair. Would purchase from this company again.
