I ordered two chairs over two months ago, and I have received nothing. Any time I email them I keep getting this auto reply emails saying that my order is ready for shipment, but that's it. Their phone says you are reaching them after hours and there is no other way to contact them but through email. I think this web page is a scam... I dont know who they got away with the 4 plus rate that they have online. I order on line the chairs with them because I thought it was a legitimate company. I am so mad right now!
I placed two orders about a month ago and still have not received one of them. I even paid rush on Order Confirmation (#*******) which I should get reimbursed for since it has not even shipped. The item is on back order which I was never told until I inquired about the order two times. Very disappointed with overall experience and lack of customer service.

After purchasing a chair July 31,2020 I was informed August, 31,2020 that the order would be prepared for expedited shipping by the end of the following week, almost 30 business days since my order.
Customer service will respond within 48 hours but their responses are often inconsistent, misleading and divisive. 5 star rating for visibility.
For six weeks I had no updates and no replies to my emails. Then I got charged a $60 "restocking" fee when I finally told them to cancel my order if they weren't ready to ship it. I'm still salty about it two months later.
Through a Google search I found the supposedly best Desk Chair Herman Miller Aron Chair, and needless to say that the price was out of my economical means; however, I also found the Seatingmind site where prices were reduced up to a 70% on refurbished chairs,,,and made my order.
A week later after a google search, I found multiple negative reviews on Seatingmind customer service about product quality, late orders, poor customer service and other negative reviews. Because of These comments I become concern and almost cancelled my order; however, through another google search, a found a high number of good review on this company that I felt were genuine and decided to wait and see.
Not to my surprise three weeks later my chair arrived and after inspection, I can truly say that I found the item almost as if it was brand new,,GREAT QUALITY. My advice to other customers who want their order to be process immediately,,please to consider this Pandemic Times and have more patience.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the product that I have purchase a second chair for my son that is having back problems. Hopefully the new chair will help and YES I recommend Seatingmind,,,,,,, just have patience.

One of the top companies that I have purchased merchandise through that is 100% consistent in every aspect of their operation - they are dishonorable and provide garbage product and zero warranty coverage. We purchased 2 chairs that, though rarely used, had broken mechanisms and parts that could not be replaced. When I inquired about the warranty coverage, listed as "12 years", I was immediately refused replacement. Good luck even trying to get a "live" person on the phone. Save your cash and inevitable frustration with Seatingmind, buy a new chair. Your spine and wallet will thank you later!
I ordered on August 1st, 2020. It is now August 22nd, 2020 and I have heard nothin but I have been charged for a chair that I have not received. So far the buying experience has not been favorable. If I have not received by August 31st, 2020 I will cancel my order.

This is a scam. Ignore the reviews as they are all fake. They stole over $600 from me and I never received a thing.
I ordered an expensive chair. They charged my credit card immediately (not at the time of shipping as many places do). It took them a MONTH to even ship my chair. For a month they had my money and my chair and were non-responsive to most of my attempts to communicate with them. When I finally received my chair, the box was badly damaged and open, there was no invoice/packing slip included, there were no instructions or other documentation from the manufacturer in the box, the chair was not wrapped in ANY protective covering, and the chair was damaged (scraped and scuffed) as a result of the open/damaged box. My very expensive chair was basically just dismantled, tossed in a box, and shipped. The positive reviews are FAKE. I'm certain of it.
Horrific support. System decided to process an order, when submit order was never completed. Within minutes of receiving an email that order was placed, sent an email asking to cancel order as I did not submit it. But no response. The charge is listed on my credit card, and there has been no response to the numerous emails
*** BUYER BEWARE *** If you look at the Terms, although the title is "Money Back Guarantee", the text says "We should never be held liable in the event we decide not to refund your purchase price in part or in full or if we decide not to pay for return shipping."
The chair arrived 7 weeks after ordering. The height and tilt adjustment weren't working. I was fortunate to find a local technician who could fix it. The height adjustment cylinder had a broken seal, and the front tilt cam also needed to be replaced. I sent receipts to Seating Mind to reimburse the repair, and they wrote back that they "do not pay for expert assembly."
Would not buy from Seating Mind again, both because they were unresponsive during the delay and because the chair arrived non-functional.
I ordered a week ago. No shipment update. No response to email request. Crazy in this time that you don't answe your phone. Hope my chair is shipped soon.
Not much to say - search Trustpilot, search BBB.org, search NJ websites to try and find anything legit about this company. Owner will reply back about 15 years in business - but at the end of the day - let the numerous negative reviews, that have taken people time to write - let them speak for themselves and make up your own mind.
Why the heck am I getting satisfaction surveys when you haven't shipped my item? I get questioned immediately about the quality of the product less than two days after ordering!
Please steer clear of this company! I really am shocked at the positive reviews here I am reading. Do some additional research on some other review sites before purchasing anything from Seatingmind. Note that they will charge you a restocking fee regardless of what happens after you place an order! I ordered two chairs from them this Spring. Company mistake #1 -- only one was sent. Company mistake #2 -- the chair had the wrong base. I had paid for an upgrade that was not what I got. Company mistake #3 -- the chair was completely beat up -- tons of scratches and dings and clearly not refurbished. I email my issues to the company and they had a shipping label sent to me so I could return the chair. I was refunded for the chair that never shipped plus a partial reimbursement for the one that did. What? According to Seatingmind: " we refunded your order less a 20% service fee for our team to get the item out of the packaging, make sure it is suitable for resale and in the same condition it was shipped and repack the product for resale." But I received a defective product, so why would I pay a service fee? This is the company's fault, and not mine. I should receive a full refund. I have emailed the company now over 20 times regarding this issue, and they have completely stopped replying.(Order *******.) Again, if you are thinking about purchasing from this company look at some other review sites before doing so and you will see a pattern of very unhappy customers. This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.
I purchased a chair from this website 4 months ago. It was estimated that it would take three weeks due to the coronavirus backing up their supply line. Fine, I understand. After 3 months, I finally received an update from their horrible support network that took 3-4 days to answer each email that I would be receiving my chair within the next week. After getting an update that said my chair was delivered, it was never actually delivered. Fedex and Seatingmind kept sending me to each other to fix the issue. Neither provided a solution to my missing chair and now I can't get a response from their support network as I guess I have already been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Do NOT use this service.
