Wow just wow this company rocks profession service and they even set my system up for me giving them permission to log into my computer system. I would def. Buy from these people every time. The DVR is amazing loaded with all sorts of goodies and works really well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I got four mini economy units to replace some older systems that were installed. I preconfigured them based on the settings I had recorded from the older units. They new units went in and started working without a hitch. Easiest install ever.
The site is a little confusing to change and update cart quantities. Otherwise, everything was easy to understand.

The "Shopping Cart" & "Wish List" software is poor and results in confusion.
If you sign out and then back in, the program "dumps" the previous shopping session. ( or so it appeared)
A working list you may generate earlier, that seems to be gone, may re-appear at final check out and seem to be added to your Credit Card total.
You wont be charged for this, but there is no way to know this for sure with out a phone call to the company to confirm that.

I haven't installed the cameras yet but they appear to be well built. Shipping was quick as expected, and they were well packed.
I choose to build a custom system, even though it was the first time I had ever bought a security system. It seemed to be straight forward, with all the drop downs and choices, but I still made mistakes with choosing all the connections and cables. My 150' power, video, and voice cables came with an A/V end for the video, when I needed a Coax.
Not to sure I'm comfortable with,"Made in China" on all the equipment.
Overall, so far very excited to get the system up and running and am happy with the system.
