Ordered small order 2 passive video baluns online...did not get email confirm from you bothing...waited 5 days then phoned ordered again...then phone order confirm came through along with first order that you couod not find. So I paid twice? Only received 2 baluns so far maybe it was corrected I would like to know..
The Shopping Cart times out too quickly - I had to put the items back in the cart 3 times before I finally checked out - what a waste of time.
