I added a few bucks to my total to make sure I could get a return and I am really glad that I did. Just after receiving the order, I realized that it wasn't right for me and I needed to send it back. Instead of going through a ton of hassle and phone calls, I simply printed out the label, slapped it on a box, and the package was sent away. I got my money back in days! Easy!
My dad is a bit older and he doesn't know a lot of things about returns and buying online and all of that. He bought an item online and it wasn't the right fit. It was a pair of nice shoes that he wanted for my wedding. But the good news is that he had Return Assurance so I was, able to help him get the item back to the store and the money back in his pocket. What an easy relief.
