Had Seel "worry free purchase" protection added at checkout by Creality. Oh well can't be too careful. Noticed on Seels acknowledging email the blurb
"If you do not want this coverage, you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase using this link. Cancellation cannot be undone and the merchant is not liable for any product & delivery issue."
Not true as covered by both Consumer Protection Act 2015 and by a credit card purchase Section 75 of the consumer protection act.
Machine did not arrive on original day, not Seels or Crealitys fault and missed the next attempt by DX delivery. At this point the driver appears to have signed for it as me and put it down as delivered.
Contacted DX who apologised for the "mistake" by email and the machine was at the depot and woukd be delivered on the a specified day. It wasn't and has since been allegedly returned to Creality as damaged however DX records now have it as signed for by Alex in Paisley?
Contacted Creality 12 days after ordering with nothing to show who assured me my Worry Free Purchase protection will cover this and told me to Contact Seel.
Proof of non delivery, emails and log in to DX tracking provided.
Initial 24 hr decision, changed to 48 then 72 hrs due to volume of claims?
4 days later, yes they acknowledge that machine was never delivered to myself and it's been logged as stolen so I will get a replacement as requested.
No change in status, They need to check with Creality if it's been returned, well the tracking says not, Seel themselves say it's been stolen so obviously it hasn't been returned, I have provided all information that they need and will be processed.
Day 5 no change tho the AI webchat regurgitates all you've typed in, apologises for the delay however cannot contact the email/review department but tells you to email *******@seel
Jay S replies apologises for the delay one more day and it should be sorted.
Day 6 same routine
Day 7 AI webbot advises me to put supervisor in title, Jay S replies, he has spoken to supervisor and it will be authorised and replacement sent out, my request for despatch and tracking was ignored.
Contacted Creality, they will despatch another printer once Seel replies to their email, guess what?
Day 8 no despatch/tracking, webbot advises me to include urgent. Jay S replies apologising for delay and will contact his supervisor, Asked had he not already done this, no reply.
Creality unable to get a reply from Seel.
Day 9 webbot advises official complaint in the heading and copy Creality customer Service into it, reply from Jay S, usual repeated apology Iv provided and done everything necessary, and will get his supervisor to "unblock" the review?
Questioned this as 2 days ago a replacement was going to be despatched, only to get a differently regurgitated reply and apologised for saying it was going to be despatched…
Day 10, no reply to previous email sent, advised Seel/Jay I would be cancelling the order and starting chargeback. No reply
Personal opinion is this is some money making scam that promises so much yet delivers nothing but drain on your will to live.
Cancelled the order with Creality, who didn't take this well stating Seel will reimburse me. Chargeback started with Mastercard and now ordering through Amazon, what could go wrong.
Well final decision is that i will not be getting a replacement/refund as I received the machine… despite Tracking and emails from DX stating it was returned.
They truly are a money making scam.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Seel1 and DHgate, and I feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake. I purchased insurance through Seel1 for order *******4215, and the seller has refused to provide a valid USPS tracking number. The tracking number they gave me is invalid, and USPS confirmed this, preventing me from filing a "package not received" claim.
I have sent all necessary screenshots to both the seller and Seel1, but the seller continues to ignore me. DHgate has refused to help, citing that I cannot provide a valid tracking number, which I can't get because the seller won't cooperate.
This lack of support from Seel1 and DHgate is completely unacceptable. I trusted Seel1's insurance to protect my purchase, but it's clear that they do not honor their commitments when things go wrong.
I strongly urge the public not to trust Seel1 with their merchandise or purchases. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I will continue to warn others about the poor customer service and lack of accountability.
I purchased insurance from Seel, returned the item, and was told the money had been refunded to me via Venmo. It was not. Seel first told me it had been, then gave me a number to verify. I was told by Venmo that the transaction number was false. After more back and forth and investigation, they said actually it hadn't gone through, I should send them all of my bank account information. I declined and gave them a Paypal address. They then said that actually the Venmo had gone through and it was my responsibility, they had "investigated" it and had nothing more to say.
Do not use this company. They do not honor promised refunds.
I'm afraid this is a fraudulent and scamming organization. I paid for insurance on my package through this company. My packaged was delivered to the wrong address and I was told my refund was approved and processed. I never received a refund. When I wrote customer service, I was told time and time again my refund was "processing" until they just stopped responding all together. They would not answer any of my questions as to why I never received the refund the original email promised, the timeline, and how long a refund needs to "process" before it is paid out. My requests for my email to be escalated to a manager were not honored. I had to write them several times asking for a response to unanswered emails. Weeks later I now understand I will never see that refund and the company stopped responding to me. They simply took and kept my money and gave me the runaround until they were done communicating.
I have included an email I received a week and a half into trying to get my refund where the customer support agent told me there was nothing they could do. I never received my refund and they have not responded to my subsequent emails since this one was sent last week. I have written several times saying I didn't not receive the refund and asking my email to be escalated to someone who could help me, but they have completely stopped responding to me and kept my money. The only conclusion I can draw is that this company is a fraud. Although they are not registered with the BBB, I have filed a complaint there.
These people have been jerking me around for 3 weeks now just to give me a $25 refund. If I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle I would have never win for it. I got the protection just in case these pants didn't fit my husband and long behold they didn't. I sent both items back in the same package and they're telling me if they only got the cheapest pair of pants back. Which was only $9. They refunded me the $9 but they're skipping out on the rest of my money. Long story behold I will never deal with Goodwill and or anything that has to do with this company.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with SEEL.com. I purchased an item from Shopping Simmon and decided to purchase return insurance offered by SEEL.com to ensure my peace of mind. However, when I needed to return the item, I faced a real saga to get my money back.
It has been four months since I contacted SEEL.com to request a refund, and so far I have not received any satisfactory feedback. They already have the item in their possession, but they continue to ignore my attempts to contact me and do not refund the amount paid.
