Canceled without warning

My feet finder was supposed to renew and I had it all set up but they just canceled for no reason. Then I kept messaging to reinstate it and no one messaged me back for like a week and they're telling me to sign up again. I'm not getting my money now

Efficient team, no fuss

I emailed asking my subscription to be discontinued - less than 2h later it was cancelled, I received confirmation, easy as pie. No arguing with customer service, no explaining my reasons why, no trying to bribe me into staying. They did what I asked ASAP. Very satisfied. They should definitely host a class and teach other companies how it's done

Time wasting cancellation process

Segpay must respect customer time more.
And compel websites it is responsible for to have a CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION functionality on their websites' own Settings menu.
All too often these client websites do not and the customer has to waste time by emailing Segpay with a 'please Cancel' email.
And then wait for a reply from Segpay.
Not ideal and shows a disrespect for online customers.

Resolved billing issue quickly

A site I hadn't purchased a subscription through charged me. I requested the charges be reversed, Segpay had it done in a matter of a couple of hours. Easily and without much work on my part.

Security breach

A charge showed up on my PayPal account with a transaction listed as you. I discovered subscription charge was a duplicate and a mistake. How is it that your company was able to post a charge on my payday account? Is there no security? Do I need to close my PayPal to prevent further breaches?

Rapid Response to a Request

I had a subscription to a web site that auto renewed annually that I was trying to manage to stop the auto renewals; however, previous attempts had failed to complete this task. One email to the help desk at Segpay was all that was need and the task was completed in less than an hour. Super service!
