Problem with a 3rd Party Service Provider, who charged an annual subscription renewal via Segpay.com without prior announcement (as requested by EU law). As I complained directly at the 3rd Party (the original digital service provider) segpay.wasn't able to interfere. Hope the digi-provider will solve the refund issue, at last.
I sent a email requesting a refund. I paid for a year. I only used the site for like 3 months. I was sure I cancelled it but a year later I was automatically charged for another year. I asked for a refund and the response I got was they gave me my purchase ID and said I signed up for a recurring membership. And that's it. Didn't even acknowledge my request for a refund.
