Our order was delayed several times. We did receive notice but we had not expected the blinds to come from Viet Nam, through China, to Alaska, and finally all the way to Kentucky-with delays at all of these stops. It would be better to warn the customer that the blinds were being produced internationally and that delays can occur as the shipment passes through customs several times.

The blinds are kinda flimsy and were about a half inch shorter than we needed. My handman solved the issue so we did not have to send them back. I was expecting better quality.
I ordered 10 Premier Light-filtering Shades for the floor-to-ceiling windows in my physical therapy office. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. The top-down, bottom-up feature allows for as much privacy as needed, as well as insulation on cold mornings without losing the light. I'm very happy with these shades and hope they last a long time!

I tried to find the exact shades I bought last time because they were perfect. These shades are lacking in measuring up to the first pair. They do not feel sturdy enough to last nearly as well. For example, when I pull them down they are always crooked. My first pair never did that. Also the plastic snap on handles are so clunky looking I actually took them off. I am not impressed with this set at all but they do the job. Please seek out more quality products for your customers. Thank you

Ordering was simple. Shipping was fast. Product quality was fine. The only downside was the brackets that were supplied were for a rear mount and not a side mount interior mount. Which isn't the way they used to be. So I had to buy the correct mounts and modify the blinds to fit the mounts that I could find locally.
I had ordered from here a few years ago. One of the strings broke, so I called to have it replaced. The person I spoke to looked up my previous order and placed one for me. A little while ago, another string broke, so I called again, and they had my records, and ordering another one was quick and easy.

I ordered blinds like I have in 21 previous orders. Installed in the same manner -only this time they were 1-1\2" too short. I thought maybe bottom stop wasn't correct. But so far not luck correcting.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width, you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement, please contact us further.

6 out of 7 blinds are 5 star. Beautiful, easy installation. Just what we wanted. The 7th blind in very large with a chain to lift. The wrong brackets were sent with it. I called customer service and also pictures. It took 2 weeks to get brackets and they were wrong size also. I've called customer service and hoping 3rd time is charm as I have no blind up at largest window we have. I think they are sending more as representative was polite but I had trouble understanding what he was saying.

When delivered I questioned the delivery driver because it was one long triangle box with one small square box. I was missing 26 slats for one window. They finally were delivered early November.

We got the blinds that did not need to install with drill and are controlled with remote. First, the directions were nonexistent. Finally we were able to pair the remote with the shade after calls to customer service. A week later we came home and shade was no longer up. It fell down. We had installed it with the sticky tape and that did not help keep it up. We reinstalled it with alien tape and few days later it started sliding down again. I have taken it off the window. I am too upset to think about it. I paid hundreds of dollars and it is not even useable. It is junk. Would not recommend or buy again

I purchased 6 blinds, five of which Worked perfectly, one had a faulty motor. They replaced that one quickly now they all b work great. Very nice looking blinds!

Shades look amazing in the room but they took over a month to get here so that was a bit annoying. Outside of that I love them
Bought roller shade, black out.
Its okay for a budget blind. The roller mechanism is not that smooth. Feels cheap in operation compared. The pattern and material feels a little cheap.
An easy DIY solution, but not high end feeling in material or operations
I got the blinds installed and they fit well and look great. I'm very happy with them and if I need more for other rooms I will order again from Select Blinds :)
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
