I was looking for a way to get some money for a pretty old laptop, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to sell it on Ebay. I found this site, and was a bit worried it was a scam at first, but after some research, I found nothing to make me think it wasn't legit. I put in my computer specs, which was a bit confusing. They quoted me a totally fair price and sent me a shipping label via email right away. I had to provide my own shipping materials. After one week I received an email saying that the model I had entered for my computer was slightly off, and they adjusted my original quote down by $50. No problem, I was pretty confused by all the model details of my computer anyways, so that wasn't surprising. I confirmed that I was fine with the new offer, and they sent me my money via PayPal within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend for anybody looking to get some money for an older computer that would be difficult to sell elsewhere.

Shady company stole my computer and the insurance from the shipping when they lost my computer. Fell to this day they never respond to my emails or paid me for the insurance that was on my equipment. Do not use them

I spoke with Patrick the owner who was empathetic of my situation that my equipment is now damaged... lied to me multiple times and change his story to not incriminate himeslf, put the blame on me without confirmation that that was indeed the reason. The company does not insure their packages so if something happens you could be at a greater loss and Sellbroke will walk away unscathed. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau to help me in my case. I strongly recommend anyone else but this company because I would never want anyone to be treated like I was or to be put in the situation.

This is a damn good web site and I will be more than happy to do business with the company again... both as a individual and as a business.

SellBroke is an Excellent organization. I had an old MacBookPro that had finally just given up and frankly wasn't worth trying to repair. (I think it was 10+ years old.) So, I logged in and described the device as fairly and accurately as I could. I received a quote from SellBroke, accepted it, shipped it to them (they paid for the UPS!) and literally by return email, was paid via PayPal the price they quoted. I couldn't be happier! Why keep "old broken electronics" around when SellBroke can and will take it off your hands in a wonderfully fair and equitable transaction. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Many times you attempt to sell something online and the experience turns out to be less than pleasant. SellBroke does everything they promise---to buy a used electronic item for a fair price. It was easy and they provided a fair price for the used electronics. Expectations for a price higher than or equal to what you originally paid for the NEW device is ludicrous. The process is quick and easy. This is my second time using SellBroke. I am an IT professional and highly recommended them if you want a few extra dollars for devices that are sitting in your closet collecting dust.

Found the service through a Google Search. We had several older computers that we no longer needed, seamless quote on their website. One computer was not on their website and I requested them to give me a quote and it was on their website in a matter of minutes. Received my quote, they sent me a label, I shipped it out and within a matter of a few days we received payment. For us to have such a positive turnaround with this company I am not sure how they have people who review negatively. Just my opinion!

We received your order. We received older model early 2011 not mid 2015: "Apple Macbook Pro 8,2 15 (Early 2011) A1286 MC723LL/A 2.2 GHz i7 750GB HDD Laptop".

This laptop doesn't boot at all even with our testing hard drive, it has bad motherboard. Also the screen is bad has vertical lines and power adapter is missing. Our online quote for this model in this condition is $10.

This was not the agreed upon price and the condition was documented and explained as a thermal expansion and contraction issue. The Display Lines ARE THERMAL.

I will not take $10 for a macbook pro.

Had two laptops, both fairly old and not very powerful, was gonna sell for a total of $100. Many websites wouldnt even take them. I tried many other websites, and when they would take one, it was for very little money. I tried this website and was VERY surprised by the outcome of $170! I mailed them, and they received almost 2 weeks later, and when they did they told me neither looked new even though they had barely been used. I replied to the email, and told them that they looked brand new and i had taken pictures, and to my surprise the next day they had sent me the whole $170. I would recommend this website completely.
