Customer service was always available to answer your questions. The day that my laptop was delivered to them, they sent the check out. A few days after I shipped my laptop to them, the quoted [rice went down from $148 to $136. I expected to get only $136, but instead, they sent a check for $148. I highly recommend this to ANYONE selling their electronics! Gazelle.com, Glyde.com, and USell.com offered (at max) $75. SellBroke had the highest quote, the fastest process, and the best customer service in its department. (I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could)

I sent in a brand new Acer aspire switch 2 laptop in its original packaging for a quote of $250. The company sent me an email after receiving the item saying it was defective and did not power on. Hopefully they send it back to me in one piece. If it was "broke" as they claim I would of sent it back to the manufacturer under warranty.
