I placed the order and it was supposed to come in 5-7 business days but ended up taking much longer. I did not receive my order in time for my event. I did not even open my package and am trying to return it. I requested a return and refund but have not yet heard back from customer service.

The product is exactly as advertised. I wear a medium and the medium fits perfectly, but I will say it is a little snug around the crouch area so i leave it unzipped down there for comfort. Overall great product, great quality, and will purchase more products.

I really like this Shapewear and haven't had any issues with it until my last purchases. I did not like the Faja or the stockings. I reached out by email and got a quick reply from customer service, who sorted out my problem, offered me a gift card, and credited my account. Everything went smoothly, and I even bought two more of the only one seamless shapewear and I'm also going to get the leggings. I tried this time around. I just don't love the stocking—that's the only reason I returned it.

I purchased my shaped legs way too big before and it was an easy exchange process. I really appreciate it and I love my product.

I have purchased shape wear and bras for 3 years now. I have never been disappointed with each product I choose.

I ordered the under I'm not sure if it's called that. They're panties with support. They rise up my bahine LITERALLY THE ENTIRE TIME! It was HORRIBLE. I've NEVER worn them again of that tells you anything. I'd have to pay to return them so I just kept them. Waste of money.

Though, I haven't yet worn either item I ordered, but just trying out them on, I can tell that they are going to work well for me. The products are true to their decriptions.

I love the Oyster Shell tanks. They stay down with the rubber on the bottom rib of the garment. I love that I don't have to wear a bra & a tank top. Supportive & smooths everything out- very versatile that I can throw a work blazer or flannel over it.

Everything is great and the way it makes me feel but what I'm trying to do now is to get my right size bra so I can hide the fat in my back and smooth all the lump out so I really need my shapellx bra

Need to contact to return both items I purchased... don't know why it became so uncomfortable that I had to come home and take it off!

I received my merchandise. Nothing fit. I've tried to contact your company several times via the contact number to no avail. I could not figure out from your website how to do a return. This is very frustrating.

This product does exactly what it says it does. I was very surprised that it didn't roll down. It kept everything in place and it was comfortable. I should've sized up.

I'm disappointed in the product - I had to order a size that fit my waist measurements, but then it fits me nowhere else (loose and baggy in the legs). I wish you could order to your body shape. I also ordered the waist cincher, but it's too small. Just really disappointed
