I was curious about a product so I inquired about it and got no response even after asking multiple times in 2 days, I ended up speaking with 5 people from the site because I wanted to report the agent who wouldn't give me a reply in regards to the product I was interested in, including a "supervisor" who called me, I hung up on them because they didn't speak very good english and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I will never attempt to use this site again.
