I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. Many faux leather items I own become uncomfortable in just minutes, but the red blazer I received is very comfy, stylish, and yes, breathes! Pairs beautifully with black boots or pumps.
While I have been a member for several years, as the prices keep going up and the care of shipping has decreased using by cheaper boxes even shoe bags and the last few times I've gotten shipments, My boxes have been damaged. This is very annoying because I keep all of my shoes in their boxes because it's easier to store them as I have hundreds of pairs of shoes. I'm seriously over shopping here. The choices and quality of shoes is not even for me anymore. Canceling my membership. But thank you for the previous good years I had the pleasure of enjoying.
I returned an item via Happy Returns. It took a month before I saw a credit on my account. This is unacceptable in my opinion. A return should take 7 days maximum especially after they have confirmation from Happy Returns that the item has been dropped off

The quality of the boots are very cheaply made. They look nothing like the pictures and have the appearance of costume boots. I have been trying to return the boots and they are making it very difficult.
My package was dropped off and I was not told of having someone sign for package. I should have been informed of this important gesture of having someone to sign. My sister was available. If I would have known I would have told her and she could have informed the representative of the building when package was dropped off. The package was sent back to Shoe Dazzle, I tried to have it resent but they told me that the package will be returned to sender. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I'm very pleased that a size 11 is indeed a true 11. My heels all look amazing and I am excited to order more once my budget has some extra I can shop with. The VIP pricing makes your shoes affordable. Thank you kindly, Veronique

I'm always satisfied with my ShoeDazzle experience. The website is easy to navigate, it helps that my filtered preferences appear and if I'm looking for something else I can search for it.
They take money / cash dollars then sell shoes below that value. I feel a class action suit happening
They charge you 49.99 a month for membership and you can't use your monthly credit for sal price values. Seems like a class action lawsuit should be stated as these are cash dollars taken from your account but can't be applied as such
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
