Honestly, I love them. The most comfortable heels I own came from them, and for me, that's saying something - I never wore heels before!
The price is worth it, in my case, since finding shoes in my size is more of a chore on other sites. The styles are NOT entirely hoochie, as someone said - they're not modest, but not hoochie.
Sure, you might be able to find similar shoes for cheaper, but if time is money, ShoeDazzle is worth it.
(Also, you can opt-out for the month if you don't like any in your selection - they won't charge you!)
I love Shoedazzle and have had nothing but perfect experiences with them. Their customer service is top notch, better than any customer serivce I have ever had dealings with. And their products and shoes are amazing quality and design. Love them, can't say enough great things about them!
Basically, if you can't get enough sky-high designer copycat shoes, and don't have a lot of money to spend on them, this is a decent site.
I definitely wasn't expecting the highest quality material, and it's a good thing: my faux suede Karmody booties are closer to velveteen than imitation leather. That said, I love the overall look and they didn't cost much. And yes, of course the whole "stylist" thing is a crock. Their canned "advice" is actually good for a chuckle. The whole thing is pure camp.
It's definitely worth checking out other sites for price comparison before buying, but keep in mind that the 39.95 includes shipping and that whatever they recommend will be available in your size for the time being. Following the advice of other users here, I've checked out Make Me Chic. Some shoes there are a better deal, but some are close enough in price to Shoedazzle that the shipping would put them over $40, and many are sold out in various sizes. On the other hand, I found a pair of M. A. boots on Endlessshoes that, while they cost $85, look way nicer than the slightly dummed-down different version sold on Shoedazzle.
I'm keeping my subscription just as a way of keeping my options open. $40 may not be the best deal for a pair of cheapo pumps, depending on what else you can find, but it's definitely not much to pay for a pair of boots or a large handbag.
I cnat' lie I absoulutely love this website i think its very smart! I read all the cry babys comments of how cheap they are and all the other stuff you guys are saying! But you know the damn shoes where cheap when you signed up idiots what where you expecting to bj, cd, js.cl! Oohhhh nnooo there shoes for 39.95 smdh at you ladies! This site gives less fortunate women a chance to buy cute shoes very cheap think about others your hardship is your not everyone else's! Cheer and stop crying about 40.00 shoes wow! I love you shoe dazzle!
ShoeDazzle is a SCAM! Check out www.makemechic.com and you WILL find the SAME shoes for around $25.00 per pair... (also note the shoe brand is different BECAUSE ShoeDazzle GLUES their label over the actual brand name... very cheaply I may add...) I was a member of ShoeDazzle and got the ENVY shoe in navy blue, but found it (the SAME EXACT SHOE) on this site... how tacky! I guess some people think they are getting an amazing deal, but for everyone else out there who actually has a brain, DO SOME RESEARCH! I hope you all grow a pair and stop making Kim K richer by feeding into her bullsh*t!
I have been a member for quite some time now, have conservative flats and crazy heels in my collection from them. Where I live the choices are basically Pay-less or Walmart for shoes - wearing the same tired shoes as everyone else. Any time I have had any questions or concerns the staff have been great in helping me. If you don't bother to read the description with each shoe or don't understand what the word "faux" means that isnt their fault - that's on you for not being informed. Ignorance is not an excuse in this case. Yeah, some of the shoes are kinda hootchie, some are also kinda grandamotherly too. Some look cheaply made, some don't. I am quite happy with ShoeDazzle and so are my friends that joined. The closest thing I have to a complaint is that they don't have shoes small enough for my mother to join also
I didn't like ANY of the shoes they recommeneded! I was a member for over a year and only bought two shoes. I ended up hating them both and now they sit at the bottom of my closet.
SHoe dazzle seems to cater to that "hoochie" look. Their shoes look so trampy and I would never wear them. Besides that, the quality sucks and the shoes look so soo cheap. They look like payless shoes or something!
I think it is a real gimmick. Kim Kardashian is their only real selling point, because other than that, the shoes are mass produced at a factory in China and cost the company about $5 per pair... and you pay $40 for them! Who buys $40 high heels that LOOK THE SAME as $15 heels, every month?! I know I don't, I choose quality over quantity and so shoedazzle is not for me.
Tried it, didn't love it. Finally got through to the call center to cancel my membership. As others mentioned, it is DEFINITELY cheaper to buy those shoes elsewhere, like on Make Me Chic, or other sites which sell those shoes for $20 or less.
Some of the shoes are great, some are not. It is a convenience for people who love shoes but don't have the time to look for the newest trends. I have been a member for a few months and have only gotten 2 pairs, both of which I was pleased with, so while not overly impressed with the selection, it is an ok place to keep up on shoe trends and get a few killer deals!
I was a member for over 7 months. They promised exclusive shoes and when they did not deliver, they apologized, changed their wording in their marketing, and changed nothing. Stylists do not exist. Your selections each month are computer generated from your answers to their joke of a survey. I know this because they have sent me several shoes in my selections that I already owned. And if you complain or question them in any way that does not sing the praises of their company on one of their many fan pages on social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter, they will call you, cancel your membership, keep whatever credits you may have, ban you from their fan page, and delete all comments made by you on said fan page. Basically they delete your existence, so that other members will not be aware of the problem you were facing. I know this because it has happened to me.
A representative of ShoeDazzle called my home and told me in no uncertain terms that my negative comments and feedback were not welcome or appreciated on the fan page on Facebook. Also, my messages to other fans (who asked, by the way) about where to find the shoes cheaper, was against their terms of service. Mind you these were personal messages, not public posts to a wall. Which leads me to believe they have employees post asking for the info, and wait for members to answer, and they then ban and cancel those people. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
Shoedazzle.com is a borderline scam. They are supposed to choose 5 pairs of shoes per month that you can pick from. The shoes are very high fashion and would appeal to a very limited range of people and probably only people who were fans of Kim Kardashian. They have nothing to choose and at this point I am going into month 3 and still have the same 5 pairs of shoes coming in multiple emails. They refuse to refund a $479. Gift card given to me for Christmas and give me no choice. They have stolen my Christmas present. BEWARE of Shoedazzle!
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Good-luck! Janet
Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
Answer: There's no cancelation fee.
Answer: There is no sign up fee. You must 'skip the month ' by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged $39.95 (which is applied to any purchase) while still being a member. Or you can just cancel completely at any time.
