Ordered Hinges and knobs. Got a tracking number and had waited weeks jus to only receive hinges. Call about my order to get told my 10pack of knobs won't come out of warehouse for a month! Why not say that online b4 ordering!? Then after a month I have to call again just to get told the same thing again! I ask for refund on phone yet I have to wait for somebody in the office to authorize my refund! Worst place to deal with!
These are not genuine Amerock magnetic catches. They are serviceable but not quite as firm magnetically as the original Amerock catches nor as well finished. They work.
It's hard to have fast shipping and low prices, so it's all good for me. Sometimes you get a tracking number.
Product is a 9/10; however, when I paid for "3 day shipping" and on the 5th day the merchandise had neither been received or tracking available, I called and was told that it took 5-10 days for an order to leave the warehouse and shipping was 3 days. "That" was not what I paid for or understood. They refunded the $39 for 3 day shipping and the hardware arrived 3 days latter. Maybe this was a fluke, but that is what happened with me.
In photo is a 12" 5" and 3.5". The 12" is BIG; wish the "mellon" was not so large.

The finish was wrong and I have not received my return authorization or prepaid label yet, even though they said they did it. I need my new product, but they won't send it until I send the wrong product back, and I can't without an authorized label! Argh!
I haven't put these up on my medicine cabs yet as I have to touch up the wood where the old ones were. But I like the feel of the bronze ones and was happy to get them for a fair price. My bathroom remodel is all bronze appliances. The only thing missing for the cabinets are bronze hinges, but that might have to be done with metal paint.
I have ordered from Amrock before and found the website to be easy to navigate, with access to different sizes available easily. The selection and price are excellent. Placing the order was simple and delivery confirmations were accurate. Great experience.
I honestly can say that I was contacted by Amerock staff who said the item I ordered was delayed and wouldn't be in stock before 12/10/18, shipping out after that date, and asking me if I wanted to change or cancel my order. I'm waiting on my order shipping out as soon as it is in stock again. The price for the cabinet handles was superior to others.

We moved into a new construction home one month ago. For the past 3 months I have been looking for the perfect hardware to compliment the Delta Trinsic/Champagne Bronze kitchen faucet that we had ordered. I purchased a different set of hardware from another company and they were far too shiny for my liking. So I ended up returning them. I did more research and stumbled across these European Bar pulls in the Golden Champagne from Amerock, so I pulled the trigger and purchased all that I needed. 36 total and Amerock even had a discount to be used at checkout which saved us even more money. Shipping was faster than expected and the the color match to our Delta Trinsic faucet is so super close. The finish is a beautiful brushed bronze color, not too gold/orange and not too dark either. The only downfall that I would mention is that my husband had to go and purchase longer screws. The ones provided were not long enough to go through the cabinet fronts. This was not a big deal by any stretch. Overall we are beyond thrilled. The quality and the weight of the pulls is very solid. We are building a large built in TV unit and will be purchasing more of these exact pulls to attach onto those cabinet doors as well. LOVE THESE!

Our 24-year-old master bathroom is due for an update. We're chalk-painting the dated medium-oak cabinets and replacing the antique brass hardware with brushed nickel components that closely match the style and finish of the new Delta Merge faucets and towel bars. Because the old hinges were Amerock, we were able to order new ones from Amerock that exactly matched the hole patterns of the old ones. Therefore, no filling and drilling is needed; we can just re-use the old holes! We did the same thing three years ago with our other bathroom, and it could not have been easier.
After two orders I am very pleased. Knobs and hinges are perfect. Customer service is great. I ordered the wrong hinges and they refunded my order and now I have the correct hinges. All my orders have been shipped very fast.
