I have several belt bags and totes from Harveys and only had one problem with a clasp that they quickly repaired. They had change vendors for their clasp - that vendor was no good and the clasp where defective. Harveys quickly found a better clasp maker and repair my strap's clasp in no time. This is why I return to Harveys time again- I hope they remain this good.
Want to do some thing green and be fashionable? Harvey's bags are soooo awesome. They also last forever, because they are made of seatbelts. I think he used to use old seatbelts, but I'm not sure about anymore. The new seatbelt bags may just be bought from manufacturers so not so green anymore, but hey, still cool.
