I have done their surveys a few times but today I filled out the form for free samples. From the time I submitted the form, my phone has blown up with telemarketers. I think last time I checked it was 32 in one day and I have blocked everyone when I get it. I have tried to send a message to them where it says contact us. It keeps saying can't send try again later. Later never comes. Save yourself a lot of aggravation.
I was logging in to Gianteaglelistens.com to give a feedback on my visit to the store but when I typed in for the Giant Eagle survey, a survey popped up that was asking for personal info that had nothing to do with Giant Eagle. I realized that this was not the Giant Eagle survey. They mislead me into taking this survey. When I realized this, I quickly exited the survey and found the real Giant Eagle survey. They were trying to get personal info. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO ONLINE!
I too have had the same experience. I too should have known better than to give out my phone number. I've been inundated with calls from telemarketers, etc. Stay away from this site.
