I have been working in this company over a month ago and feeling that the company is way ineffective
If your familiar with Uber/Lyft that what this company is really about. You drive own vehicle, no benefits, pay your own gas, if your looking to get pay hourly this is not the job. Drivers have problems getting paid, have to check every time to make sure you are paid correctly most times your check is short.
Both of my drivers to and from were excellent they were on time their cars were clean they had the best personality and was very friendly and for a first-time user I am 100% happy
I used Silver Ride to pick up my dad to take him to the senior center by his house and to go to the grocery store. Silver Ride has been a life saver. There isn't really other easy way for seniors to get around unless there is a local free service or you put them in a taxi. Silver Ride is better (unless there is a free option).
