For what seems like would be am amazing treat for a Simpsons fan turned out to me a nightmare. This was a gift so I was NOT privy to the "approval" process, but there is no way the gift-er would have approved this atrocity. The drawing is so bad with multiple glaring errors (wrong hair color in three of the four people), one of my sons looks like a stock image of a brown haired boy (not him AT ALL), my husband is the WRONG ETHNICITY and I look like some sort of creature from the blue lagoon. It serious is horrible. I keep this "gift" stored facing the wall in the back of my closet. Customer service was extremely unhelpful as well, giving me snarky comments and sarcasm. Don't do it, even it it looks cute-sy and fun. Try one of the other companies.
I gave a picture of two friends to simpsonifyme. They changed the posture so much and the woman's face and hair were completely unrecognizable. The man wasn't really recognisable either, but "à la rigueur" and with everything else matching it might have worked. So I wrote to them, asking them kindly for improvement. All they had to say was I had to pay another 25$ (on top of prizealready paid) for those changes. After three emails, I gave up. NEVER again!
I ordered dec 9, received proof dec 11 and they had only included 3 of 4 of the characters paid for and sent pics for. Errors happen but at that point said only do revision if it can be done that day as christmas present. THEY LEFT ME HANGING UNTIL DEC 16 when they sent revision. Now no idea where it is. No one will return my emails (I have sent many) no idea what is happening. It would have made it on time if not for their error and lack of response to error as I ordered 2 on dec 9 and the other one was received and is wrapped under my tree.

Worst customer service. Sent them photos for a two person portrait, they sent me just one person in the portrait. Claimed I only paid for 1, need to pay extra for 2. I said fine... and that's the last I ever heard from them. No replies, no refund, nada, 4 days and counting. Stay away.
***EDIT*** I would reduce this to 0 stars if I could. They didn't reply for 4+ days, but did once they saw this review. They refused to allow me to pay for the edits (in accordance with their website FAQ), saying they would no longer work with me... but wouldn't refund me. When I said I'll just let my credit card company handle it, they threatened to report it as fraud and sue me in court! Wow... just wow.
EDIT #2: I use my credit card very sparingly and it never leaves my wallet, I've never had any fraud on any of my cards. Yes, literally the day I disputed the charge with SimsonifyMe, I started getting fraudulent charges on my card. Do I have proof that they gave my card info to other companies? No... but it seems highly unusual that this would happen literally hours after I told them I was disputing their charge,

Ordered a portrait for nephew as he's a huge Simpson's fan, it cost over £100 and was really bad. So emailed and asked for it to be amended - ignored for 4 days - so left a review on another site. Yesterday and today I've been subjected to a litany of abusive and threatening emails from a "customer service agent" who told me they wouldn't make any amends whilst I had a given them a poor review. Asked for the complaints department and was threatened with legal action and told to stop harassing them! Honestly, you couldn't make it up! Shoddy product and atrocious customer service - steer clear!
I ordered from them last week and got a great portrait. The problem is I need to make a revision and they are not responding to me. The reviews all said it was easy to make a revision. I need this by Wednesday!
Worst experience I have ever had online - there is obviously a reason this company only has an email option for contact us. DON'T waste your money, there are LOTS of other good companies out there who offer the exact same service and do a much better job. The digital illustration looked nothing like my family and a ton of items that were asked for on the original order were missing. I have asked for a revision six times now on a never ending email loop with * (apparently he is "support) over the past three days to include the missing items requested on my original order and have yet to see a revision.

I have never in my life had such bad customer service. Per their cancellation policy it states you can cancel before 4 hours. I tried cancelling before even 2 hours had passed. They refused to cancel my order and LIED about the timeframes even though I had confirmation emails and time stamps!
Absolutely atrocious art work that we wasted $160 aud on and cannot get a refund.
Was meant to be a father's day gift, however, there was no way we could gift the image we were given.
The artwork was beyond terrible, looked nothing like the photo provided and the amended changes barely changed a thing.
Don't waste your money with this mediocre company and "artists!"

I got it for mother's day and she was very happy about it. She loved it and asked if we can also have a family picture converted as we are a Simpsons die hard fans. So, I place 2 other orders one for fathers day and the other one of a family picture. All the orders were quite faster as compared to other sites due to this pandemic. I loved how they happily revised my order and did not charge me for the revisions. Their customer service made me feel really good. My whole family, including me, were satisfied with all the three purchases that we made.
10/10 would buy again! The process overall took a little longer than anticipated, but the team is really good at communicating updates to your order when you ask. The print came out amazing, and I am really happy with the results!
I was looking for a special 30th birthday gift for my Simpsons crazy daughter and decided to go with SimpsonifyMe. I couldn't be happier with the result. Everything I asked for is in the drawing, Yatin even got the nosering right! Great value for money and a less than 24 hour turn around. Incredible.

I've studied the picture for quite sometime now and I have to say the artist did a fantastic job! At first glance I was a little disappointed because I thought all my boys looked the same in the picture... but when I looked closer I realized the artist captured each one perfectly! There was a little switch up on what they were supposed to be holding and I'm waiting for my 2nd proof but so far I am totally in love with it!
You did an amazing job on the photo of my nephew! He absolutely loved it! Everything came out just the way I wanted it to! You also did the portrait in such a timely manner! It got to me very quickly!
