We were so excited when we came across the opportunity to drop our little family into the world of the Simpsons. Each member of the family had input on how we wanted to look if we were a citizen of Springfield and the team hit it out of the ballpark! Every little detail, including minor edits at the end were honored with no hassle. Our vision was right in front of our eyes in just a few days. We love it! Thank you so much to SimpsonIfyme for giving us a good laugh!

So disappointed, extremely late and unprofessional

I was so excited to get my family turned into The Simpson's for Father's day. I ordered it in early May, thinking thst was ample time. I modified it once and asked it to be sent off. No confirmation email of shipment came, so about 11 days before Father's Day I started emailing. It took days to get a reponse from them, once the response came on Father's Day itself, that the order was delayed.

I was rightfully upset as I ordered and was charged over a minth ago and signed off on it more than 2 weeks before Father's Day.

I was asked by the artist, *, to leave a review. I told him in an email that unless thet can compensate me somehow for this I'd be forced to leave a negative review, AS HE ASKED.

Then, * accused me of extortion, said he would have originally given a discount had I not asked (condescending), and called me a "Karen," and said that my reviews would be deleted because they are somehow fake (this is a real situation! So a very real review!) and that I am banned and the CEO personally told him to tell me that. Yet it still came from * email.

I an flabbergasted by the unprofessionalism displayed by this company and they put the Simpson's to shame.

Do not bother with this service unless you're ok with it being very late. Don't bother trying to communicate as that's too much for the company to handle. I can provide copies of such emails I recieved from him.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.!
So I wanted to place an order with turned yellow, my assistant placed it with simpsonifyme by mistake. I got worried thinking it was fraud company so before i contacted my bank to do a charge back i contacted the company since I never recived a confirmation email.
The customer service rep had a whole attitude i let her know and after two email i decided to cancle my order with them.
So I got caused out i was called an" entitled b@#$%".
