No matter the issue, everyone on their team is spectacular about helping! I've never felt belittled for any question I ask (because tech is an area I'm still learning) and they always find a resolution. They are so friendly and easy to work with. The site and set up of siteground itself is also easy to work with and the pricing is reasonable and affordable and with good value. Definitely recommended!

Anytime I have a question concerning one of my websites and I can't solve my self the chat is very help full. The customer services employees are friendly, professional, knowledgable and solved all of my issues or had always an answer where I could work with.

I have always had great tech support from the crew at SiteGround. I also really like the optimization and the security that is offered. Siteground is not the bargain basement of hosting but you get what you pay for and they have been oustanding since we moved all our hosting over from GoDaddy. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them.
I have been a happy customer of SiteGround for 2 years now. From their easy to use migrator tool that quickly transferred domains from another platform, to their automatic WP updates that assist with maintaining the functionality of my sites, they have made hosting easy for someone with a non-technical background.

I have been with Siteground for some years now, and I appreciate their first class customers service both through phone calls and chat. There is always someone there to attend to you 24/7, and they know their stuff very well.
I've been using Siteground for more than 3 years now. The hosting is very responsive and the support team is very responsive too. I believe having great support team is very crucial for running any WordPress and WooCommerce site because the chance of getting into trouble comes almost daily.
The great features of Siteground I like the most:
1) of course fast hosting with good TTFB
2) great support and got things sorted out almost every time and direct me to the right path to get in touch with software developer
3) Fundamental WordPress tools like Backup and Staging which are built into the service is very important for me because you never know when thing can go south. So staging a test site and backup safe me a lot of troubles.
So far so good.
Update Nov. 14th:
To make it even more frustrating, they renewed my plan 15 days early! I didn't even have a chance to move my site to a different host before they charged me $350! After finally finding the contact form & emailing them (the only option you have before they even offer chat) I chatted with the customer service, and they were great about refunding me for the renewal. But of course now I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund to hit my bank. So I'm still out $350 that I wasn't expecting to spend! So if you go with them, make sure you select "No automatic renewal", or head's up! They'll hit you with it way before your plan expires!

I really haven't used their customer service much, and that alone makes the renewal price outrageous. The new sign up account is an okay price, but then to go from $80 to $350 after you get your site established, is nuts! Other services have just as good of track records for uptime and freebies... Without an insane renewal cost.
I'm certainly not signing on again. Which unfortunately means I have to start over and create a new site with a different host. But it won't be 350 BUCKS!
Siteground are always so helpful and never make me feel like an idiot when I ask for their help. Cannot recommend them enough :)
Answer: There are certainly many other hosting companies out there, some of which appear cheaper, but there is a difference between low cost and good value. I have not found a hosting company that is better than sitegound
Answer: Legit and very good (and only getting better). I've been with quite a few other hosting companies and each time it's been a nightmare. Siteground saved my sanity.

To clarify, all our hosting plans are set to automatically renew 15 days prior the expiration date for avoiding any service interruption. The renewal is at our regular price listed on our sales pages and the new term is added to the expiration date of the account This is the expected behavior of the system on our end. We send 3 email reminders for the upcoming renewal in advance, to ensure our customers are taking an informed decision on whether they would like to extend their subscription with us. We can only presume that these email reminders have been caught in a spam filter, since you were surprised by the renewal price.
We can confirm that the renewal has been cancelled and that the refund had already been posted from our end.
