Oem quality

I had purchased two other egr valves from rockauto and AutoZone, both were "universal" you had to mess with them and weren't quite like the factory one. You don't have to worry about that with this one. Plug and play. I'd highly recommend!

Not the correct part

This is poor information on this item saying that it is the OEM for the 2018 Genesis G90 causing much time and money! At the repair shop they had to send me to the Genesis shop for the correct plus which was $250.00 for the correct part. Your customer service still insists that your plugs will fit. I now question your ability to provide the correct information for your parts. Your parts are on the way back to you. Granted you provided a return label. Still I have to wait on a refund and the time, cost of the correct part is something that I am very frustrated with. Thus I do not recommend this place.

Just what I needed

My only complaint was the shipping. I placed my order on a Wednesday night and paid 30 something dollars for two day shipping hoping to have it by Saturday and it didn't come in until Monday. Had I known that I wouldn't have paid extra for express shipping

I ordered 4 NGK spark plugs they were shipped in an unprotected envelope from California to New York and were damaged. Each spark plug box was crushed inside the OEM box.
