After over two months of waiting for my order, I requested a refund. Tracking indicated it never made it to the US. I contacted them and asked for an immediate cancellation and refund. They responded that I should check my account for the credit. Never got it. I have tried to contact them at least 6 more times. With no response.

I have purchased two dresses that I liked and as of today still haven't received them. They keep emailing me generic responses, with no offer to refund the funds. I should also mention that the pricing is deceiving, they placed a charge on my card that's not even remotely close to what they're advertising…stay away from ordering, it's been now four months since I ordered and still no product

My wife ordered 4 dresses relying on their size chart. When arrived 2 are too small and 2 are too large.
Despite their return policy it is impossible to return them. They are saying that we received what we've ordered and too bad if they don't fit. We will never order from them anymore.

I ordered three shirts that appeared to be light and flowing in the pictures on their site. When I opened the package, the product I received was nothing like the photos on the site. The material feels like plastic and the colors were much darker than they were on the site. When I contacted customer service to ask how to return the items to get a refund, I was told the shipping department sent exactly what I ordered and there would be no refund. Terrible products, and disgraceful customer service. Do NOT buy from this site!
