Despite an unexpected delay in ticket issuance, my overall experience with Skylux turned out to be positive, largely thanks to Estelle. There was a delay of about 48 hours, which she herself acknowledged was unacceptable. She remained honest and transparent throughout, explaining that the issue was technical and not within her direct control.

What I truly appreciated was her continued communication and politeness. After 24 hours, Estelle even offered a full refund, giving me the choice of how I wanted to proceed rather than pressuring me to wait. Based on her professionalism and regular updates, I decided to wait until Monday evening—but to my pleasant surprise, she managed to get the tickets issued on Sunday itself. The PNR is now fully traceable on the airline's website.

While I wasn't able to secure a particularly strong deal on Premium Economy or Business Class, the Economy fare was reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied with how the situation was handled and would be open to trying Skylux again in the future, especially with an agent like Estelle who values communication and customer trust.

Tried to get to a specific person and left a message. Called again and got someone else who immediatedly tried to get me to the one I wanted. When I got a call back, I merged the call and the second person imediately defered to the one I wanted. Unbelievable service and significant cost savings plus your no cost ability to change the booking plus 75% cancellation return is well worth using your service even at the same cost. Top notch.

Loved my travel agent and what he was able to do. Extremely disappointed that the website asked me to rate the service and attached a "tip amount" to it. Seriously. Not at all happy with that.

Skylux app was okay for payments. Too many fee based additionals and tip for agent, was too ridicilous for me.

Needed to book flights from multiple cities in the USA to Germany for a trade fair next spring. Contacted Skylux and received very prompt and courteous response from Moe A. Had Moe develop several options and happily arrived at a good travel option.

I've used Skylux before and will do so again.

The Black Friday discount price offered by Skylux on Delta airlines was the lowest I've seen. Duke Z was helpful to book the round trip business class flight from Los Angeles to Hong King. I had traveled business class on Cathay Pacific on this route before. I hope the business class on Delta is just as good. On the Cathay Pacific business class there is a lie flat bed and the food was good. Two pieces of luggage are included. From its website the Delta service is comparable. It's a non stop flight both ways.
I don't have anything else to add right now. I am looking forward to a great flight to Hong Kong and back.
There are several discount business and first class booking agents. Skylux seems to be a good one.
