Ordered a few items, each of them lovely and very reasonably priced. Delivery is slow but worth the wait!
The sizes and the materials are not consistent on what's indicated on the description. And the shipping was too much longer.
Super quick delivery (exactly 1 week from when I paid to when it was delivered), and the tops seems good quality and actually fits really well (I used their sizing chart to determine what sizes to buy). I wore one of the hoodies for the first time today and actually received a compliment about it from a stranger on the street. I've heard mixed things about Snowshred so I was hesitant to order, but was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience.
I think Snowshred is great, yeah the quality of the clothes isn't great but you get what you pay for, I only ever order stuff that people have uploaded pictures of in the reviews to give an idea of the size and quality and I've never had an issue, but delivery is slower than they state on line.
Great tracking. Would order again the only thing Is 3 weeks delivery. Don't order if your in a rush for your things but if your not then they are worth it.
I had seen this site multiple times but was very wary about ordering anything. However, I took the bull by the horns after not being able to find any long pants and jackets (I am 5ft 10) and just went for it. Three of my 6 items came in 5 days! And I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fit and quality - as well as the price! I love the tops and pants. Just hoping the next three items are as nice!
Excellent company! Great snow jackets and good discount codes always available. Returns very easy and hassle free. Refunds for mistaken or faulty items processed super quick. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
The outfits are reasonably priced and the quality is good in general, the shipping is good as well. I get lots of compliments on my skiing outfits. I have been purchasing for about a year now. No dissatisfaction with this lady.
Everything from the shopping experience customer service has been superb for me. The reason I am writing this review and giving them 2 star is because of their delivery nightmare.
They are trying to fullfiled their fast delivery promise but failing to deliver to the right place and person multiple times which cause me to wait 3 days to even start processing the refund. I placed the order to my workplace, it has complete address with the shop name and number. Shopping center is also 1 story. Super easy to locate on the Google map. However, they have failed to deliver 3 times, for 3 separate orders. Once they left it right in the middle of the shopping center corridor at 6 pm, worse still near the wrong shop. Twice they left the parcel to the same wrong shop without double checking my name. SMH.
2 of these times I wasn't called on the phone.
My order took a little longer than I expected but everything was in alright when I received my package. The customer service kept me updated on the status of my package and I really appreciate that & would highly recommend.
I was mistakenly charged for a replaced item and contacted Snowshred in customer services who was so lovely, courteous, efficient, and solved the issue immediately... i am very impressed. Thank you Snowshred.
NOT A SCAM! Just ordered an one piece in pink. Custom service was helpful for sizing and my snow suit arrived in less than 1week. I live in Australia and snowboard/ski multiple times a week. I usually wear north face, 686, volcom, okley and trust me, their snow suit COMPARES and you can't beat the price! Definitely recommend...
However, I also want to meet the ultimate performance experience while the style is beautiful. Therefore, I have not only bought a lot of ski clothes from independent ski brands.
Since their products are cost-effective and inexpensive, they are worth buying.
