Don't waste your money. The quality is so terrible, The stitches burst halfway down the FIRST green slope of my trip. I learned to snowboard with $40 Artic pants from amazon and they are still in perfect condition. Shame on them for charging these prices for this quality. All they offered me was a giftcard for less than half the price of these pants. I will not be purchasing anything from this website again. It is a scam.
UPDATE: tried to leave a review twice and they are not posting to their site. Wow.
My daughter really liked snowboard pants from here. I reluctantly purchased not knowing anything about the company but I ordered anyway. BAD DECISION! I followed the measurements to a "T" but the pants could fit someone two sizes larger. According to website, I met all details for returning/exchange but was told I would only receive 1/2 back. $130 purchase + $20 shipping and they offered me $60. Uh, no! Please go somewhere else. Website is full of lies and deceit. And the sizes are wrong.
With a business like this, the thing about stuffing up a first order is the customer will never order again, which is a shame for this site given I shop for snow wear all the time. She won't accept returns and her shipping processes are dodgy. Avoid at all costs. Top marks for sending pictures of herself, though.
I lost $40 on a $150 coat. The fit was terrible, way too big in the shoulders and too small in the hips. When I asked to return, it was like pulling teeth to get a response and they made me pay shipping both ways. I would never buy from this company again.

Orderd the one piece suit for a trip to NZ, it arrived looked then got to NZ and notied the lining on the left arm and not been stitched in do it was it was not ok to ware. I repoted this to Snowshred and they noted that "our products undergo a manual quality check by our warehouse staff before being packed and shipped. Therefore, the product you received should not have any quality issues." However you can clearly see that the arm lining has completed been misssed being stitcehd togeher. What a joke after spending a large amoutn of money with them as I purshaced suits for not only myselft but for my firends. They need to do better

Found exactly what I wanted checkout was simple and straight forward. Never heard of this company before but would certainly use again depeneding on how delivery goes.
Decent selection at a great price, navigation is pretty straight forward and checkout is a breeze. Got my stuff quickly and had to return a few items. The return process was pretty easy (though I'm still waiting for the refund :)

I had a great shopping experience. I really enjoy all the details on items and showing colors and sizes available while browsing. Having questions and answers from staff was very helpful. When you are buying gear you plan to use for years you really need those details
Was skeptical because was recently scammed by another website that had great prices and found an item I wanted on sale. Read reviews before ordering and was impressed. Item showed up a few days later exactly as ordered and what I wanted. Will order from again and highly recommended!

I got the snowboard jacket in small and medium. The medium fit better but I noticed the stitching on the hood of the small was quite crooked so I'm glad the medium worked out.
I reached out to see if the knit neck/face warmer was going to be restocked and the person said no so I purchased elseware. Too bad cause it sucked. I got the email that nandn's was back in stock so I ordered - fabulous quality.
Love the 2 items I have from them - would love to grab more as things catch my eye.
Definitely the best customer service I've ever experienced. They respond quickly and are really looking for a solution to make the customer happy. Furthermore, the clothes look great and the clothes fit perfectly.
