Nie kupuj. Towaru nie wysyłają tygodniami. Nie ma formularzy zwrotu czy reklamacji. Kryją swój adres, co od razu jest podejrzane. Nie odpowiadają na email.
Don't buy. They don't ship the goods for weeks. There are no return or complaint forms. They hide their address, which is immediately suspicious. They don't respond to emails.

Ordered snowboarding goggles for my son, paid 135 bc 35 priority shopping. It STILL didn't ship within 5 days so I emailed them, they hadn't shipped it yet?! So i cancelled the order bc it would never arrive in time.

Went back to place regular order, no express shipping, they shipped it but carrier delivered it to my DRIVEWAY next to TRASH BIN, instead of my mailbox or even my porch. Package of course disappeared before we even knew it was there. They denied responsibility, said it's the courier fault and refused to refund my order and told me to file a police report. Really? Instead of taking accountability for the courier you choose to use. Who TF is uni express anyway? Completely wasted time and money and disappointment all around. Trash service and no concern for actions or lack thereof.

I strongly advise against shopping with this company. My experience has been entirely negative and raises serious questions about the vendor's credibility:

1. Original Order: $380 for winter sports apparel
2. Return Process:
- Product didn't fit as described
- Instead of a regular return, they initially only offered a $200 gift card or $100 partial refund
- Regular return was only approved after multiple communications

3. Current Status:
- Items were properly returned
- Arrival at warehouse confirmed two weeks ago
- No refund of $380 received
- No response to inquiries through various channels (email, social media)

Particularly Problematic:
- Delay tactics during return processing
- Attempt to avoid full refund
- Complete silence after receiving the return
- Customer left without merchandise AND without money

The company's behavior does not meet the standards of a reputable online retailer. The promised refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the return has not been fulfilled. Currently, it appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid processing the refund.

CONCLUSION: Stay away! The risk of losing your money is too high. While initial communication may appear professional, all contact ceases when it comes to refunds.

I placed an order of 300 dollars, because I was anxious to get my goods, so I asked their customer service, they gave me a free express upgrade, I was very happy, the product quality is also very good

Less than 1 star if possible. I paid $40 extra for shipping and a week later still nothing its been in seattle for 4 days and hasnt moved. Order#******* what a waste of money. If i knew they were just going to ship it normally and charge more i would just done the 10$ shipping.

I have bought from this company a lot over the last few years and i am in love with everything. I have never had an issue and everything is well made and comfy. I can't beat the prices!

Loved this jacket, it's yellow color was awesome, the price was great, lots of pockets and the velcro on them was perfect! I have major back problems and this jacket was just the perfect weight... not too heavy, not to light. Loved the sleeve openings because they have adjustable velcro at them! Very happy with the jacket overall

I order the snowboard jacket from snowverb, the jacket is great, high waterproof and keep me warm, I am very satisfied with it. The delivery was also very fast and with no problems.
I only suggest that the delivery should be made even the costumer is not home,
There is an apartment number and the package could be left at my door.
