I ordered the abcd mid clamps and received them very quickly. That was great service.
However, I assumed the bolts would be hex head, but they were "T".

Long delay in delivery
The shipper broke some panels and these folks stepped up and reshipped new panels with just photos I sent. You wont get better service than SPS. I will use them again and have recommended them to several other ranchers.

Easy purchase
I ordered the wrong part. The google search I did for the part number I wanted, and the one that came up were 1 character different. Picture (at least as a thumbnail) looked the same, as well. I called SPS, and they gave me an RMA number and told me I would not need to pay the 15% restocking fee. I ordered the correct part from them, and it arrived today. Shipping is a little slow (to Michigan from Colorado), but not excessive. Great customer service, good products, good prices. Highly recommend!
