The process of picking apparel, building a design, and checking out was fantastic. The print quality is pretty good (I can't quite say how it will stand the test of time yet). I'm happy there are plenty of options for apparel choices. And the overall price is very reasonable. Shipping was fast. I couldn't expect much more than that. This was my second order with SS and I'm sure it won't be my last.

My product actually arrived early which was a great thing but the one thing in the order that was for me is little tight. Their XL sizing isn't accurate for women with D breast, need a 1XL or 2XL and unfortunately no returns or exchanges. I have ordered school spirit apparel in XL from other companies for myself for in support of my sons high school and they fit just fine.

Cup design came out good. Only issue was a few small chips on the lip of cup.

T-shirts were all true to size but the sweatshirt and sweatpants ordered were way too big and didn't fit.

I ordered the spirit wear as Christmas gifts for my kids. Instead of shipping to the house or coming in packaging, it arrived in a clear plastic bag and was handed directly to my son (no more surprise there). The quality seems nice and they'll still get worn, but now my son is just disappointed instead of excited.
Our products are shipped in white bags in which the contents are not visible. Products ship either UPS or USPS depending on the method you choose, and deliveries are usually made to the mailbox/porch area, although if someone is outside, a mail carrier or UPS delivery person may hand it directly to a resident. Please contact customerservice@spiritshop.com with your order details so we can look into the issue with your packaging.

The prices are very reasonable and with that I expected quality to be compromised. However, for the two items order, I am quite pleased with the processing speed and delivery. As well as, the fact that I received many compliments on the spirit women's jersey top. Kudos all around?
