This is an excellent company that stands by its offerings. If you don't like a wine they send, they'll give you full credit, period, no argument needed. I started with their low end wines but now order mostly their higher quality choices (cellar quality, they call it), and have been consistently pleased. Haven't asked for a refund in years!

I am a founding member of Splash Wines and have been buying wine from them for several years. I have only had positive interactions with this company. Their customer service for me has been outstanding! They even took care of a new shipment when a bottle was broken during shipment. I love the wines and the variety that is available. I get a subscription every 3 months and take advantage of their curated cases often during the year.
Wonderful wines at a great price. Customer service has always gone above and beyond to ensure the wines exceed my expectations and are delivered timely.
Great value since where can I buy $5 bottle of wine. The higher price package are definitely better, but keep in mind the wine is 2019 vintage. The most expensive package has mix of older and younger wines and those are better tasting wines!
I ordered the promotional red wine offering of 18 bottles of "highly rated" wines. What I got were very ordinary and distinctly 2nd-grade wines. I have since received daily promotions of new offerings. I have requested both verbally and via the internet to customer service to stop the daily and multi-daily emails. To no avail. I was told by a customer service rep that it would be taken care of. However, since I have received double the daily promotions all under the address from 'Customer Service:. This is a cheap promotional company selling totally inferior quality wines. Do NOT fall for their promotional offerings.

Not only is the wine the least expensive... it has been the best. They don't send stuff you didn't order. Which I love.
But the cost/v the quality is so much better than my local store, I will order again and again. I only have free ordering for 4 mnths but will buy a plan after that.
You order something online, they charged you and there is no receipt, no confirmation, no information at all.
I've gotten 1 or 2 spam emails a day for the past year indirectly from this company - I tried to remove my email from their list, I just got more spam! Don't trust them if they have to use spam!
I've ordered from Splashwines 5 times now and have been impressed each time. The wines are much better and at a cheaper price than I find in local liquor or grocery stores. One of my orders was sent to an old address and customer service fixed it immediately with no additional cost. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
I had a few questions about a wine I wanted to purchase. I spoke to Amber at Splash wines. She was pleasant and extremely helpful. She made my purchase experience wonderful. This is my 4th case purchase from them and I have been more than satisfied with the wine selections and the customer service. I will continue to purchase from them and reccomend them.
I tried Splash wines for the first time during quarantine. Delivery took a while (I've ordered again and it was very quick) but I loved the wines, all except for one which their customer service quickly credited me for. Try it, and you won't regret it.
I bought a case of wine, as I have from many companies over the years, and these were the cheapest $2 screw cap wines, and tasted horrible. It's the first time I've ever felt completely ripped off when buying wine online. I got far less than what I paid for. They are scamming people left & right, and their customer service is horrible.
Taste like $6.00 wine. Sour, as if over fermented. Nasty tasting. Mad Dog 20-20 would be better!
I am a member of several high end wineries in California and pay around $350 every quarter for 6 bottles of wine. They are excellent wine but then I ran across Splash Wines. Some of the wines they have are around $10 - 20 per bottle if you bought them directly from the winery but they also include wines that cost between $30 to $60 per bottle. I was so impressed with the wine and the cost per bottle from splash wines that after ordering the first case of different wines and tasting them that I ordered 10 of the 18 bottle cases and the very next day I ordered 4 more 18 bottle cases. These are great wines for any occasions and for the price you won't be able to beat it anywhere. They even offer free shipping. I have a 1250 bottle wine cellar and it is almost full with well over 350 bottles from splash wines. I just ordered another 15 bottle case and I am also singed up for the monthly subscription of 15 bottles of wine for $89.00 per month. I am so glad that I found their website. I have passed their information on to all my adult kids and friends. I don't know what the individuals that have written reviews for Splash wines are talking about but I know that I am 110% pleased and will continue to buy from splash wines. Thank you Splash Wine for such an outstanding program you have I am a member for life.
They use third party spammers and are relentless email spammers. Don't reward companies that market through spammers.
I have tried this company 2 times and I won't ever use them again. The customer service is terrible. The wine tastes awful and I waited almost 2 months to get my shipment the first time. I thought maybe it was just a bad time because of Covid so I thought I would try it again. It's now over a month since I placed my order and still nothing. I tried to contact customer service the same... nothing. They were sure quick to take my money though. Don't bother with this company.
This is a rip off. I paid $69 for the Vineyard Subscription: These wines are specially selected from some of the world's best vineyards. They are wonderfully complex wines yet at the same time they are well-rounded accompaniments for any occasion.
NOPE. I received wines that RETAIL for $69... which means that 6 of the 8 bottles I received cost under 10. One of them retails for $4. BULL$#*! SERVICE.
I ordered and received a Splash Wines shipment a few months ago. Out of 18 bottles, only a couple were what I would describe as "good." The majority were "just okay," and some were actually so bad they were undrinkable. I hardly ever pour out a bottle of wine, but two of these went straight down the drain. When I informed Splash Wines of the latter, in hopes they would honor their supposed "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," they did not respond. All I asked was that they replace the two bottles I had to pour out with something better, or provide a partial refund to my credit card, but apparently their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is just a marketing ploy they never intended to honor. Due to my experience, I will never order from this company again and will discourage others from doing so as well.

Answer: I received 7 bottles of White wine by accident. Within two days they sent me 9 bottles of Red wine to make up for the error. I drank the White wine as well.
