Last year, I ordered a candy gift basket in honor of Pride Month to be delivered to a pride center in Boston. I was very satisfied with not only the finished product, but also its delivery by the gift basket connection team! I had a good experience shopping in this store. I was searching online for a gift for my boyfriend when I came across the website. The process is stress-free, he got the flowers the same day, really impressive.
Their website lists Kona Hawaii and says that they deliver to all the hospitals and they deliver same day. It when I tried to place an order they told me they have nothing to deliver to that area. I wasted over an hour via their website and their live chat trying to get this delivery which never did work out. What a horrible waste of my time.
I have used the gift basket connection many times and the gifts and flowers I send are always beautiful and delivered on time and their customer service is great too. They are very helpful. I also get an email confirmation as well as tracking so that I know when my gift was delivered. Great company for sure.
I ordered a gift for my mom for my sister who was recovering from surgery but I did not want to send flowers. The person who I spoke with took time to actually show me lots of different options that were in my price range. We finally decided to send a gourmet gift basket with fruit and also some chocolate. My sister was so happy with her gift. I will definitely be using this company again.
Amanda was wonderful help! This was easy and fast and I was able to get same day delivery! There were so many choices and the help Amanda gave me on choosing the correct basket was awesome. She even called the company that was creating the basket for me while I was submitting my order and made sure that that provided all the Gourmet items I wanted. Living 12 hours away I was able to place the order today and have delivery for my Mom's Birthday and this will be a wonderful surprise.
This site offers a wide variety of gift baskets plus, if you need to send something the same day they are the only company I have found that is easily able to offer wine baskets and fruit basket delivery the same day as long as you order before 3pm. I have waited the last minute a few times and they helped me right away.
