I placed an order for one item. They sent me three. I called them immediately. They strung me along for two weeks then told me they wouldn't do a return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Although Sports Memorabilia had issues fulfilling my order which caused a long delay with these items being shipped, Lilly from customer service went above and beyond in making sure that this did not slip through the cracks. Lilly provided outstanding customer service in providing timely assistance.

Never received the item and it was just sent to the town over from me with no specific address or instructions. Unsure how to recover the jersey or how to be reimbursed. Kind of disappointing if I lose money and receive no item out of this exchange.
Horrible company and customer service. I've tried placing an order twice and every time they automatically cancel my order and ban my account, it makes no sense. They keep telling me to check my information but EVERYTHING is correct from the name to the billing phone number, it's spelled exactly how it is with my bank and still they will not fix this issue, it's an absolute disappointment, I've taken my business elsewhere.
This has also happened to several of my friends who tried to purchase autographed jerseys. Save yourself time and the hassle and go elsewhere that's not a fanatics.com/sportsmemorabilia/nbastore company.
I didn't make any purchases on this website, but it was high on the list on google (which you can totally pay for) as I was trying to put see how much my signed Allen jersey might be worth.
The prices looked... absolutely stupid high. Then I saw this card being offered for like $120. A 2021 panini Optic Josh Allen card PSA 9! So I looked at Ebay and found people had bought the same card for less then 5 bucks.
Absolutely rediculous. Personally, I just seeing that I would NEVER purchase anything from this site. I feel bad for all the unsuspecting people that were just trying to get their loved ones or friends a nice gift that got bamboozled.
I'm not sure I would rate this store at 1 star but I didn't think it would allow me to leave it at 0 stars. I ordered an autographed picture on December 12th, 2022 as a Christmas gift. It was expected to be delivered February 2nd. While the initial date of February 2nd (almost two months from my order date, upset me, I just went with it.) Last week on February 2nd, I had not received my order. I decided to track my order (which wasn't helpful as it just kept telling me my delivery date was estimated for February 2nd,) and I happened to come along a note on the website that delays were to be expected. Delays?! I had waited long enough! I had no idea where my package was and hadn't heard from anyone about my individual package. It is now February 9th and I just received an email yesterday that my order will ship no later than February 24th. How do I even know that this date is to be true this time? There was even a point awhile back that I had to check that this website wasn't a scam because I hadn't heard from people about my insanely delayed package. Rarely do I do surveys or get upset with orders/ services because I'm a pretty easy going person, but this is unacceptable!
Purchased merchandise and was told they offer express delivery in 2 days, I'm receiving it in 7 days wtf! My receipt states I paid for 2 day express delivery. Needed it by the 4th day for a birthday surprise thanks for ruining it. Beware, you've been warned you should read the Facebook reviews good luck
I would give their website 7 out of 10 stars because they really need to improve it so you access information on the status of your order. I called in and the automated system told me my order was still processing so I talked to their agent Connie which I'm going to give her 10 stars. Connie was super helpful and a pleasure to talk too. Most customer service agents you talk to anywhere everybody knows they are oh hum but Connie made it a pleasure and so helpful. She told me my package was shipped and where it was it and emailed me the tracking number.
So sports memorabilia improve your website and recognize your great customer service agents. Connie will probably make me a repeat customer.

Terrible experience through their Steiner subsidiary. Bought a card on 12/5. Money was taken, confirmation email was sent. 12/6 I get An email saying they sold me a card that was out of stock and to call a number and they will help me secure the card elsewhere.
That was a useless 20 second call that they basically blew me off and said there is nothing I can do. I bought many cards from eBay and other websites and never was sold a card that was out of stock. Terrible service and very disappointed and they could care less it happened.

I received my item and immediately followed the authentication instructions. My hologram came back invalid. I contacted Seller by phone and immediately responded to their email with pics as instructed. Radio silence since and no response to my issue. Authentication is critical with collectibles and trust is broken when in question.
Bought an item, never received tracking info. Called to check on it, order had been cancelled but I was never notified. Still showed that the item was available on website. Called to ask why there was availability and was told the website runs behind. However after ordering it the item went from available to unavailable back to available. If you are in a bit of a hurry do not deal with this company it could your Christmas. Also when I ordered the item I talked to an individual to verify it was what I wanted and was never told it was unavailable.
An item in stock became out of stock when its price was not updated before i ordered it. Then i received calls from guys "on the inside" that had me if i wanted REAL stuff.
Bought a $9000 bat for my husband's birthday which was supposed to be delivered Sent 28th and since it wasn't I called customer service. Well, it seems that although my credit card was charged and I have an order #, they told me that they no longer have the bat. I was offered nothing for their mistake and now have no gift for my husband. Shame on you SporthsMemorabilia, shame on you. I have no doubt someone else with status offered more money after I bought it, and it was given to them. Terrible for business and you just lost mine.
I worked with Cristin on a simple mistake/replacement 'issue' on a hologram placement on a gift ordered for my husband on our anniversary and it was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. Communication was fantastic, questions were answered and the process was completely painless and fast. I feel like customer service is lacking in so many places and I can't say enough good about my experience with Cristin. 10 stars!
Rep Zach Berman is a joke who only contacts you if you are buying something. Don't receive an item you paid for in 4 months? No reply.
Ordered an item that didn't even exist, signed helmet. The signing scheduled 6 weeks after my
Purchase. I called in to inquire and assured I would get the product by end of April.
By end of May, nothing, tracking still in processing, no responses to my email.
Take my advice, pretend you want to buy something really expensive if you have a question about your order - they will answer super quick!
That's how I finally got my refund.
No regrets other than choosing this site in the first place.
