Emailed and sent photos to customer care team who never responded to my email. Shop at your own risk if product arrives not as described you'll be out of pocket to ship item back to SSENSE.

I placed the order to buy a shirt with express shipping. The order was processed for 10 days. I called their customer service and they said my order got expedited. Then after another 3 days, the order was cancelled saying out of stock. They offered me a 10% discount but has to contact with customer service to get the code. What a waste of time. Will never visit again.
I ordered two items one item a pair of sneakers was shipped in a shoebox, and only a shoebox was delivered to me. The company refuses to refund me for the sweater that was not shipped and did not arrive to me. They have accused me of being a liar when I am an attorney the weight of the package would actually even preclude a sweater being in it. They have them threatened me and said that they refuse to refund anything if there is a PayPal dispute associated with it, but if I took away the PayPal dispute, I'm sure they would just ignore me completely. It's actually also illegal for a company to threaten someone with a credit card dispute, or charge back that is within consumer law as a protection.
Worst customer service and organization. I had a couple of incidents with packages i ordered. First, they sent me a skirt instead of the bracelet I ordered. Second time I ordered Balenciaga sunglasses and i received the case empty with no glasses. Imagine how can you trust a company like this. I was advised to place the order and ask to put it on "hold" and request photos of the items before they ship them. This time I was extra carful and took a video of the package while opening it. Again, one item is missing even though they sent me pictures of the 4 items I ordered. HOW CAN YOU TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS. STOP BUYING. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm taking legal actions on fraud.

When spending on high ticket luxury items you expect the same or equivalent service. SSENSE lacks this and continues to charge loyal and new customers for stock they don't have. On top of it they make you wait weeks with you having to follow up or even comment on their instagram to get any update or movement. If they do indeed charge you for an item in stock the entire process of getting it shipped take extremely long and again with no updates. I have shopped with company since their early years online and to be honest it pains me but I won't anymore. Still waiting on my order.

Placed an order for multiple shoes, almost the entire order was cancelled due to stock issues, fine. The two shoes that did arrive literally had holes in the outside box and each shoe box. I emailed about this with photos. They then email me back asking for way more photos, serial numbers and all kinds of stuff AFTER I already provided everything. They tried to fix this by giving me a 15% off coupon. I used the coupon and they cancelled two shoes from that order. No apology email, no trying to fix it. Nothing. I will never order from here again. They can't get their act together and don't even try. Screw them.
Purchased a bathrobe for over $180.00 USD and it arrives falling apart. Requested replacement or refund. They spun me over and over with their "customer care" via email for weeks. Sent receipt, sent 8 photos, (one below you will see pulls like this all over the robe), answered queries ie., no one wore it or washed it this is straight out of the box.

Something I never knew about or I guess anyone ….
