The support for this company is the worst I've ever seen it don't answer your phone calls there are always busy and they keep sending you computer generated emails I wanted to exchange it for a larger size and they said they couldn't because I have bother send it back and wait for their inspection or I could use their 50% off coupon which there is no place to put it I've emailed them three times about it do not buy from this place
If you're looking to buy the Bunion Corrector for $19.95 (originally $39.99) I'll sell you mine for $10.00. What they call 100% Satisfaction is a joke. Save the headache and buy from another company. Notice how many BBB complaints they have.
My items did not fit. They were slow to respond and hard to deal with. I suggest you go elsewhere. These products run extremely small and have zipper front making them impossible to get on since so small. They do not refund

This item did not help & at times made it worse. Came with no instructions. Took a while to figure it out. Velcro straps very difficult to manage. It also resulted in a painful ankle. I had to remove the splint.
This company only allows exchanges and not returns because they know their products are poor quality and no one would want to purchase anything else from them after trying one item.
They also don't let you return anything that was on sale, yet all of their products have some type of sale or discount applied... another way to prevent giving refunds.
I ordered the premium 3 way clincher and it was a piece of garbage! Poorly made, the band across the top and bottom had no stretch but the entire middle part was stretchy which makes no sense. And when I tried it on for the very first time, a piece of plastic boning popped out through the top seam! And this was definitely due to quality and not because it was too small... I am an athlete with a pretty small waist already and just wanted this for extra cinching.
Everything about this item is cheap! Even the material is thin. Others I've purchased from other companies were way better than this but I couldn't remember where I ordered those from. And now it looks like it's gonna be tough to get a refund for ordering bad quality, poorly constructed stuff because of their terrible return policy. Will have to alert BBB cuz it doesn't even seem legal to not allow refunds.
This companies product is complete crap. It comes look like a 4th grader put it together as an art project. When you get this over priced piece of velcro and realize it's not worth 1$ let alone 24$ and try to return it, you will be told they do not take returns. Do not give them your money.
Customer service is rude and quick to blame, and also try to get out of any responsibilities. Unprofessional, quick to assume YOUR at fault. *cough* Kristine from customer service. I paid for expedited shipping, never received my product. Double checked my address, and yes it was correct. I went to customer service asking where my product was. After 2 weeks of waiting for the email I got a response from Kristine stating "Our refund policy clearly states that we are no responsible if the address you entered is incorrect" well it was. It was followed by well we don't normally do this but if you re-order we will give you store credit you will just need to pay for the shipping again. What a joke
They added 2 more orders than I put in, they cheat you offering you something else and as much as you click just to see it, they add it to the cart. And there's no way to get him out of the shopping cart. I'm telling you so the same thing doesn't happen to you. They're thieves. I wouldn't even give them a star, if there were numbers, I'd give them a zero. I had a very bad experience with 'stability' pro, they unstabilized instead.
I accidentally ordered twice not realizing one order went through I immediately tried calling, To inform them of the misstake, and due to COVID they couldn't answer or take messages. Needless to say I was informed three or four days later it was already sent ( within 10 min) and no refund of the one. I was informed by email three days later. Please be careful ordering! I've not even received them yet for a review!
Hi if you are thinking to order something from this site think twice or more do not buy anything unless you want to loose your money. I made an order and never received my products first they give the excuse of Covid then they were trying to blame me for my address but at the end I hit nothing
This is the worst product. They sell FAKE TRAINERS. Please don't waste your money like I did. The back supports of my trainer came out same day and unfortunately, I bought two trainers. They know they sale FAKE products, that's the reason why they do store credit because they do not want to give you back your money. I was forced by the internet to select a star if not STABILITYPRO DOES NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. SHAME. RUN!
I order a posture bra for an adult family member in need of back support. I ordered L/XL. It might fit a thin 10-year old. There is no refund option so I've written three emails to customer service asking what process to follow to exchange for some other item. Still no response! If you are a gambler and want to risk getting something you can use, don't care if you can't get a refund, and want to hassle without result for an exchange, this is the company for you! Zero stars for this rating!
Thanks to PayPal I got my refund on an order I returned unopened that I knew was the wrong size.
Red flag their phone number does not work. Facebook messages are automated and rarely answered emails.
I overpaid for a waist trainer and still haven't received my product yet and it's been over 3 weeks don't buy from them ever and boycott them all the way so they can go out of business
I ordered $300 worth of merchandise and received non of what I ordered they sent me bull $#*! shipment not even the size or merchandise that I ordered. In my pictures below is not what the box said it contains. I've been trying to contact someone for months now no response
EXTREMELY cheap product! This company seems to mark up their prices and then "discount" them. To me it's very misleading. Not true to size, poor quality. Horrible customer service only offering a possible credit, no refunds according to their one-way policy they continued to refer to. Newsflash this is 2020 policies can/are changed and that's exactly what they need to do. Otherwise they are getting over on someone like me who decided to support this company out of the many options I have to choose from. It's horrible to learn when a company does not hold your best interest in providing good customer service and real solutions when doing business. My issue is still unresolved with this company. Highly disappointed!
The first order j purchased was too small and made cheap the velcro always came apart so I ordered something else and never received my items and they will not replace them thats not right I will never order from them again and I will make sure to let everyone on fb Instagram and snapchat to do the same
Very poor quality Velcro barely sticks, just all around poor quality don't waste your money. Only thing good is the fast shipping definitely not worth the price. Wish I could leave no stars.
