I purchased the knee braces in July2020. I was unable to put them on by myself so had my daughter help me. Wore them around the house and didn't feel any different. So I communicated with them on messenger. I told them I was returning them because I couldn't use them. They said they would not return my money but I could exchange for another product. I said fine. They wanted a picture of tracking number so I sent that and asked what product I could get for my exchange. Never another word from them.
They have my money and the product I returned barely tried it on. I have never been treated so badly by a company. What a rip off of $83.00!

Ordered the heat knee wrap from this company. It did not work. The very next day tI emailed them and asked for a return authorization stating that the product was misrepresented and did not work. They advised I would get a response in 24 hours that was five days ago sent a second email request still have not heard anything so I'm out $23 plus please do not buy from them they're not reputable and they do not support the product

Buyers Beware this company has bad customer service. They charged me for 2 items instead of 1. I might be ok with risking $30 for a product hoping it would work but $70 and no returns is unacceptable. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with them. They did offer exchange but they don't have much to chose from and why torture ourselves. I was unhappy w/ female waist trainer and they never even responded to my concerns sorry but no Thank you.

This review is to warn buyers about Stability Pro's deceptive sales practices. I purchased one of the ankle lace-up braces with stability straps. They will try to sell you something else indicating it is an added feature of the brace when what you're buying is a 2nd of the same item. They ship the items immediately so by the time they get your email message to their support team to complain, they say it's too late because the order was already fulfilled. You are stuck with overpaying for something you don't want. The reply that I did receive back from support was that they're cancellation and refund policy is very clear that there are no refunds and that any shipping costs for returns or exchanges for a lesser product must be on your own dime. Stay away from this company. I wish I had.

Order handled well and shipped on time. HOWEVER: ORDERED MEN'S XL AND RECEIVED XL BUT TOTALLY WRONG SIZE. COULD ONLY GET OVER ONE SHOULDER. AND WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN FOR FULL CREDIT WAS TOLD ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT. THIS IS NOT NOTED IN ANY OF THEIR COMMUNICATION OR ON ORIGINAL ORDER. HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS WITH ONLY 2 RESPONSES. REQUESTED IF THEY COULD GUARANTEE CORRECT SIZE IF I RETURNED THIS ORDER AND, AFTER A FULL WEEK... NO RESPONSE. ALL OTHER COMPANIES WILL GIVE FULL CREDIT OR, AT LEAST, GUARANTEE SIZE AS MARKED ON ITEM. NOT HAPPY

Stability Pro Thieves is what these people should be called. Their waist trainers are flimsy trash. They charged me triple for things I did not order, then had nerve enough to dispute it with my bank and sent the items I did not order. When you are on the website they don't tell you you can't get a refund for their trash. These people are crooks. SAVE YOURSELF FROM GETTING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ROBBED. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE DESPERATE CROOKED THIEVES. NO STARS and 10 THUMBS DOWN.

I ordered a waist trainer last Sunday and paid and extra 11.99 to receive my order within 2-3 business days it is now 7 days later and I have yet to receive my order I would like a refund of my 11.99 please
I also find it odd the your customer service number is disconnected and I am unable to get in contact with any from this company it's sad that I had to ho on Facebook and to try to get in contact wit somebody from this company to find out whTs going on wit my order
I email them about my order and was told that due to covid 19 orders and shipments are moving slow... So I don't understand why they would even give me the option for an express order knowing they are unable to express my order

I would give this company 0 stars and classify this as FRAUDULENT.

I placed my order over 3 months ago (3/20) and no product received.

I do not trust the company and do not want anything more from them ever.

The response as of 7/18/20 was a result of COVID was unacceptable. Referred me to the refund policy. Refund policy says, 30 days after order. NOT 30 days after receiving my item. My funds and product are hostages.

FRAUDULENT

Not a disgruntled ex-employee - just an customer that tried to make a simple purchase for a product that was never received and refund not issued STILL.

I have now made my 9th request for a refund in the exact form of payment. I expressed that I would never patron them ever and they offered a store credit.
