I've been a faithful Stakry customer for some time now, I love how fast I'm getting my shipments so far. I only hope that you would think about reconsidering the consolidation fees as sometime I tend to order small (letter size envelops) and you charge me $2 to consolidate them just like what you charge me for big packages. I feel that this is a bit unfair.
The seller only sent part of my purchase and Christian of the Johannesburg office sorted everything out within hours. He also guided met through the process right to the second delivery. This was beyond anything I expected from Strackry and I recommend the service with confidence. Thanks again!
Overall quite happy with Stckry. The only complaint is that their shipping rates are extremely high. I understand that is their prime revenue source but the markup is significant.

Although grateful that the packages was not destroyed. I Did not expect to be charged storage fees as the delay in shipping was outside of my control. Almost feels like Stackry does not acknowledge the impact of Covid 19.

The shipping prices are very expensive compared to different websites that ships directly. I have also experience a delay in posting my shipment. It arrived for 2 days and was not posted until i have called later it was posted within 15 mins. If it was not for my call i was not sure how long it would have stayed.
