I really enjoy this service as I am not into shopping. Also, I found that I receive items that I would not traditionally pick out for myself, but I end up liking them! If nothing more, give it a month or two and see how it goes!

I wish I could give better regular feedback about every order. Then I could get better more consistent orders.
We do allow members to rate every item in their boxes! You should receive an email once your order is delivered to rate each item and the box as a whole. Your stylist uses this information to send other items in future boxes so we can make sure to knock it out of the park!
I'm giving you guys just one last chance. If you send me any...sweaters or long sleeve undershirts. I'm done. Do you realize I have three sweaters or long sleeve undershirts that I can't return. That's $300 wasted.

The stylist is very adaptable and is good at adjusting to my preferences. I hate shopping for clothes. Stately makes my life so much easier by taking the extra steps out of making my wardrobe.
I wanted to try stately because I struggle with shopping for clothes. I simply don't enjoy it and end up with too many similarly styled or colored items. I need an upgrade to my wardrobe and probably some guidance. Stately has delivered convenience that allows me to avoid going to multiple stores looking for something that fits and that I like. It is easy, convenient, and they are focused on making sure each box meets your needs and expectations.
The communication is horrible. Also I never received a return label after paying for expedited shipping.
I've received three boxes so far. First we needed to adjust but adjustments and subsequent boxes have been perfect. Latest box my wife said it looks put together and hot. Keep them coming. Thank you
I had multiple returns each were all different sizes. One brand XXL is a different fit than another brand XXL and when I am asking for a replacement, but I end up finding is the replacement is a completely different brand that doesn't even fit properly. Also, the value of the items are not necessarily great meaning I have been finding the quality of the items subpar and a lot cheaper online buying full retail. I wish you were better. I wish I would've had received a watch with one of the subscription boxes and a few accessories, but none of those had ever came.
I was disappointed with the selection of clothes I received this time. I was pretty clear I believe on the style I'm looking for and they ended up sending me jeans with a flannel very bland selection and nothing I would've bought at the store.
This is my 3rd or 4th stately box and I have not really had a box I didn't like. There was a couple sizing issues but those were resolved quickly. I will continue to have boxes shipped as long as they keep up the good work.
I'm pleased for the moment with the clothes selection. I find that either I don't have time, forget or simply don't feel like shopping for clothes. So Stately keeps my closet ready with nice clothes regularly, with no work on my part.
I have been hitting the gym and excercising a lot since I joined Stately. My body has transformed dramatically and as such, my original measurements weren't working for me. A quick note in the customize order area about my physique change and the next shipment was up to new specs and fit perfect. Love it

I ordered the Regal plan to update my wardrobe. I received the first box and then noticed via email there were 2 additional orders. I didn't place them and one had shipped and they refused ANY refund but only to give me a credit! The first box was BLAH and not good. BUYER BEWARE - DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! Customer Service is 0 of 5 and they are a TOTAL RIPOFF

I thought I would give Stately a try, I have used similar services in the past. Stately has the worst clothing and accessories (ie. Very cheep sunglasses). It is as if the designer putting together my box completely ignored everything on my survey. When I tried to exchange and cancel my subscription there was no one home... no one answers the phone at Stately and emails requesting contact are ignored. Stitch fix is a GREAT alternative with super responsive customer support and very stylish clothing selection.
The Stately website was easy to navigate, and the list of questions was detailed without being annoying or exhausting. I was delighted on how the stylist was able to dial in on a versatile set of clothes that can slide right into my rotation.
