As a representative of RDIT Services Pvt Ltd, I regret to report a highly unsatisfactory experience with Stellar Data Recovery software. After purchasing their service for ₹5500, based on the promise of effective data recovery, we were left completely disappointed when the software failed to recover any data. The situation worsened when we sought support; instead of help, we were asked to pay an additional ₹******* and to send our device to Delhi, escalating the costs without assurance of recovery. This practice seems deceptive, preying on the urgent needs of customers. Furthermore, the quality of customer support was subpar, unresponsive, and not at all accommodating to our situation. I strongly advise others to consider these issues before opting for Stellar's services. This has been a costly and frustrating experience with no resolution in sight.

Their product does not as its intended for or for what its advertised about. And when for a refund they completely ignored my request.

Do not believe anything said on their website, and stay away from their products.

Stellar Receovery is obviously a scam for me. I bought their software right after the day my data was lost. I tried to retrieve the files using their software and all the data "recovered" were the files that were already on my Mac (which was like we have a copy of our current files).
I then asked for their technical support. The person who supported me on their website was totally a disaster. I myself did a better job recevering the files. After that, he confirmed that there was no single lost file retrieved.
I wrote an email to Stellar, and the answer I got was: "We would like to inform you that data recovery is dependent on factors like data loss reason, severity of corruption, overwritten activity and software works on "what you see is what you can recover". That means the files will be recovered in the same manner as you were able to see them in the preview window after the scanning is complete.

We tried to help you via remote access however that did not work."
Stellar is absolutely a scam!

We lost our data and it is totally recovered. Good job thanks to stellar for recovering our data they had handle the case in a very professional person.

Their software does not work as intended. After contacting support, they tried to make excuses but clearly their description on their website are wrong and refused to acknowledge the application doesn't work as intended. Their website claims its 100% satisfaction guaranteed but upon wanting a refund, it became a nightmare. Finally, they agreed on a refund within 1 business day. Its now been 5 days and nothing has come through nor have they responded to my ticket.
I will also write a review on Glasses guide. Us IT professionals don't need this headache.

It says Free Trial and you can not tell if this is working for you. It shows a thumbnail and if you want to see if it's working you must buy the 1-year activation year.

There is no way to preview the changes. I tried to contact them and they say i need to buy it in order to see the final result.

A few years ago, I moved from a Windows PC to an iMac. As a long time MS Office user, I was happy to see that I could easily transfer my Outlook data file over to my iMac, so I was up and running fairly quickly.

Sadly, these old fingers of mine have Windows keyboard muscle memory that I just couldn't figure out on the iMac, so I decided recently to go back to a PC. It was then I learned that there is no easy way to transfer a Mac OLM file back to a Windows PST file. This was a huge issue - I have Emails dating back more than a decade, using multiple Email accounts, that I didn't want to lose!

After days of searching, I finally stumbled upon a website that recommended "Stellar Converter for OLM Standard" to get the job done. I was leery at first (because you never know if these things are legit or not), so it was with some hesitancy that I decided to download it and give it a try.

Installation was easy, and once installed, I was able to do a test run of the OLM to PST file conversion. Everything looked great! All of my Emails and folders were there. (They show you the structure and content with the demo, but attachments aren't accessible.) I bought the license on the spot.

This tool saved me HOURS in what would otherwise be a horrible, dragged out, manual process to get all of my Emails to my new computer. Thank you for saving my sanity. Five stars!

This paid software has only recovered less than 10% of the lost data from a hard drive that hasn't been overwritten, and the support from the tech is totally useless, I had to explained 3 times of the issue, and ended up with "nothing they can do", that's something I didn't expect from a 3 weeks waiting period.

Software installed.
After a long time of "data recovery" not even one of the files "recovered" could be used.
I've asked immediately a refund, since the software did not perform the job it was intended to.
Refund was refused.
It's a scam. Don't buy it

I was having bad sectors in my SSDS due to which I was facing many problems it was unable to read/ write properly. Then, I used Stellar Data Recovery software which help me to get my data back. Thanks a lot, Stellar. The best part of stellar is it helps to see the preview of the files before recovering it. You can see the preview and choose which file to recover or not. Guys, you can go for this if you are looking for data recovery. This software helps to recover deleted photos, files, documents, videos, etc.

Report will tell you that it found files but you have to pay to see files. Once I payed files would not open and they would not issue a refund.

I had to reformat my computer and unfortunately I lost all of my precious photos. I tried another recovery software which recovered my photos but they were all corrupt and I couldn't view any of them. I googled "Best Recovery Software" and Stellar came up so I thought I would give it a try. It has a preview panel so that you can see the photos being recovered. I took a chance and this software performed where others didn't. I am happy to say I have recovered ALL my photos and then some that I didn't know were deleted in the past. I would recommend this software to anyone wanting to recover files. This program recovers everything. Not just photos.

Does it work?
This software was downloaded onto my laptop and failed to load.
I called support, very polite, they suggested opening it in Administration mode and it opened but failed to identify one of the drives on my computer that reads the SD card.
When the card was inserted into the computer the software crashed.
Despite 7 working days of attempts by Stellar to fix it still failed to work as advertised, crashing or failing to open or not reading some drives on the computer.
They then downloaded a data recovery package that worked but because I had not purchased this they would not let me use it.
They refused to replace the software purchased and continued to offer options to resolve the problem with the one I purchased. I was asked to supply screenshots time after time even their attempt to gain remote access failed despite five or six requests to do so, it seems they had no clue.
Beware of purchasing this off the shelf software because some media outlets can benefit financially by recommendation but also those that do seem to have tested and tried it seem not to have been very rigorous in their methodology. Only one, Photography Life, did place a cautionary warning against their findings.
I found the software support lacked conviction or an ability to resolve the issue while at the same time they were unwilling to offer a software package that met the criteria their advertisement claimed.
A refund has been requested and agreed, settlement is now pending.

My experience with StellarInfo has been terrible, and I believe most of the reviews here to be fake.

I had a corrupted photo that meant something to me, and StellarInfo claimed to be able to recover photos like mine with a ". CR2" extension. The catch was, there was no way to try it without buying it. They offered a money-back guarantee, so I went ahead and paid the $29.99.

Within minutes I had tried it, and it didn't work. (FYI I'm an electrical engineer who used to design PCs; the problem was not "operator error".) Immediately I requested a refund. The response basically said if I really, really wanted a refund, they would give me one. I replied that yes, I did want a refund.

That all happened on January 15. It is now January 31, and I have received no refund. I have initiated a dispute on PayPal and don't know how it will end.

I do know that I seriously regret trying StellarInfo's product.

I attempted to recover my sons photos accidentally deleted. CS gave no help at all.
The preview photos were all good but the recovered photos are tiny with no detail and are hugely out of focus

how is that the same? The first is the preview, the second the recovered file 3:55:35 PM

A year ago I subscribed in order to try to recover missing photos from a hard drive (mother board died on that PC). Using a dock and their program, after an hour or two of searching, over a thousand JPG icons displayed. When I tried to open any of them, they were identified as unopenable. A very few opened but as THUMBNAILS.
THE REAL PROBLEM IS THAT THEIR "TECH SUPPORT" NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE.
WORST OF ALL, THEY JUST RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO. NOW, NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED RENEWAL.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $39.99 EVERY YEAR FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH NO WAY TO STOP FUTURE CHARGES!
