I've emailed and called them explaining that I never received my order. I received one email saying it would be looked into and heard nothing else. I left a message when I called explaining that I did not want my money back because I wanted the stickers instead. But again I've heard nothing. Great customer service guys...
I placed an order 25 days ago and I'm still waiting. I have emailed several times and called the number listed. Customer service for a buyer?
Never received my items. Promised a refund, never received that. Please remember this is coming from someone that is in law enforcement. Told me it takes 2 weeks for 1st class mail to be delivered hahahahahaha. Email after email lies after lies. Received my money back from my credit card company. Read his Facebook page, has done this to other. Phone # goes to a voicemail. Stay away from this guy.

The only thing fast about my order was the speed in which they charged my card. Order showed as as processing for a month, no action till I emailed to cancel the order... then it supposedly shipped. I received this survey and still haven't received my order. Worst service ever.
I love this site! They had exactly what I was looking for, it was reasonably priced, check out was a breeze, and my item arrived very quickly exactly as seen on the site. It was easy to put up and I would definitely order from them again!
I have ordered several stickers over the last year. Each and every order have been filled promptly and without error. Can't ask for much more. StickerShoppe produces!
I am writing this solicited review before I even got the order. How does that sound? I placed the order and they took there money up front. Three weeks later I ask where is the order. There response is some is backordered. Why not inform me of this earlier. Now they say it is in the mail on its way. May 9th (a month later) and still no order here. Doubt I will do business with them again.
Took over 2 weeks to receive my order (1 bumper sticker, shouldn't be that hard to gather and stick in an envelope). The site said free shipping, then when I checked out it added on an extra 2 bucks for shipping. Couldn't get any assistance, so I caved and paid the extra 2 bucks. Paid 3 bucks to have my bumper sticker magnetized. Instead of a magnatized sticker, I got a bumper sticker and a separate magnet which I had to cut down to the correct size. If I wanted to magnetize it myself, I would have bought a magnet at the craft store for 50 cents. I feel ripped off.

I had no problem finding the exact stickers I wanted here. Amazon had discontinued them due to the fact that they aren't exactly PC. I will definitely be shopping at StickerShoppe again and again.
I bought a bumper sticker from them. The ordering was easy, the envelope arrived timely, but it was not the same as the bumper sticker on the website. I contacted them and he explained that sometimes the manufacturer sends a different style. He didn't have the style I wanted, which was the one on the website, but he refunded the money. He was very gracious and apologetic, and I asked him to tell me when he got the sticker I wanted back in stock. I don't know if he will do that, but I would totally buy it if he did tell me.
I ordered a few stickers from StickerShoppe. There was a problem with shipping on the end of the post office and when I contacted StickerShoppe they took care of the problem for me. Not only do you receive a great product, you receive it from great people. I don't think I have ever been more happy with a company's customer service before.
I ordered some custom reflective fire stickers that had my departments name on them. The checkout process is somewhat buggy and the website is buggy. It took close to 3-4 weeks for my product to arrive. But the end result was very satisfying. I ordered one sticker but they gave me two (thank you). Overall the company just needs to speed up the process! But the products are fantastic!
Placed an order on January 27. As of today, Feb 26 I have not received it. I have been given 3 different dates (Feb 8, 14, 18) by Steve that they shipped via first class USPS. Each time was another excuse. When I sent an email requesting a refund there was no response. Opened a claim with Paypal, who had not received a response either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! Had I seen the reviews at 50% (now 49%) on this site I would not have ordered.
Update later 2-26---- received email from Paypal that case was closed, seller refunding money. Then about 5 minutes later, an email from Steve stating I was being refunded and more apologies and finger pointing at his suppliers, the post office; everyone but himself.
This order shipped on 1-30-2015. I followed up with an email dated 02 Feb 2015 and you replied below with 2 excuses; 1-you moved your business and 2- print to order
What you failed to address was how they shipped on 1-30-2015 and have yet to be received.
On 2-8-2015 I sent an email demanding a full refund as you are unable to complete this transaction due in part to your business mentality.
You responded the same day affording me options for which indicate your inability to comprehend a demand for refund. (It should be noted here that one of the options you offered was to re-ship with tracking)
You responded on 2-14-2015 with an email indicating that you reprinted and reshipped (without tracking) the order and completely ignored my demand for refund.
I know that you do not respond to complaints to the BBB nor do you seek affiliation with them as documented on their web site.
I have read through the 63 reviews that are listed on SiteJabber and apparently you fail to recognize a pattern of unacceptable behavior within your company in the eyes of your customer base.
But what I can and will do is;
1- File a complaint with my financial institution and have the charges reversed.
2- I will share my experience with my co-workers, staff, and sub-contractor community.
You see I am often asked for references and referrals and in the industry that I work in; word of mouth by a respected professional is worth its weight in gold. I am in communications daily with companies that employ 5-10,000 employees and custom stickers are a regular occurrence for them.
Additionally, I made 2 orders with you, the first was on time and as expected and had this one also followed suit, I would have established a professional relation with you for an estimated 15,000 stickers annually in addition to referring you to nearly 1100 subcontractor companies who easily triple my needs on an annual basis.
I could have tolerated a delay to production, that i can understand. I could tolerate the relocation of a business, that is normal business.
What is most offensive to me is that you provided false information with the intent to deceive and lack the desire to conduct your customer communications in a professional manner, you Sir have zero integrity or credibility in my opinion and that is what I will make public information.
