Ordered on 12/15/25. They affixed their postage on it at end of day on 12/18/25. But they didn't take it to the post office until 12/22/25. Also, the item was represented as a magnet. It was a sticker with a separate magnet sent. Like WTH.
If you do not choose tracking with your purchase beware. Never received my order and after emailing and providing address again, still nothing. Do not recommend, has now been 43 days since my order was submitted.
I am sorry that either shipment has not arrived, a refund will be provided at this time. And yes you are correct, tracking is suggested but not often chosen as many customers rather not spend more on shipping than the item itself.
Ordered and paid for one item 22 days ago and still no delivery! I did contact the seller after 15 days and in all fairness to him I didn't give him a real opportunity to offer a reason for any delay. I would have liked some reason to have been given without the need for me to contact him, how naive of me, silly boy! His response was to say the least both infantile and unprofessional. Who uses "LOL' in response to a customer's query reference delivery update? Initially I was intending to order fifty stickers but I decided to wait until I had seen the quality of the item and the speed of fulfilling my order. Why was my order with him for fifteen days before being dispatched? This is a 'two bit' set up whose business ethics are clearly lacking in so many ways. I will be seeking a full refund accordingly and do avoid this seller!

This is an order from 6 months ago shipped to Australia, the most likely outcome is that like many international orders they become lost or severely delayed. I provide refunds or reshipments for orders that do not arrive. This is the first I have seen anything from you in regards to this.
