I love my "Save a Life, Adopt a Homeless Pet" magnet! Good quality, large enough to read, and so far has stayed on my car.
My order was returned to sender due to a shipping mistake, and they sent me an email stating so, but I missed it and never opened it. This was last fall. Months later, I reached out to them asking about it, just with the slightest hope I'd still get my magnet, and they were sure to send it to me promptly and without trouble!
Most businesses would say "sorry, you're too late, not our problem". I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously customer satisfaction is important to them and they care about their customers happiness.
It's nice to know that the company you are ordering from can be trusted and that they have good intentions!

I ordered a sticker for my boyfriend for Christmas. Somehow the sticker never made it to my apartment. I reached out to Steve and he mailed a replacement A few weeks and still no sticker. I emailed Steve again and asked for another replacement but to my boyfriends address. We finally received it and it was EXACTLY what he wanted! I appreciate the professional and awesome customer service. Even though it was only &4.99 it was the only place to get that exact sticker from. Thank you so much!

I am a retired police officer and ordered several custom stickers thinking that I might get a fair sticker. I was shocked, the stickers far exceeded anything I could have anticipated and work BETTER than they said that they would. On top of all that they exceeded the service and delivery. I ordered a sticker and the post office screwed up the delivery. I was sure the stickershoppe had not sent it, but they had. I even implied such in an email to Steve. They sent me another one and it came.
You can't imagine my regret in being so hard on them when I learned the post office sent the orinal sticker to another residence by accident, eventually making it's way to me.
I apologized to Steve, and offered to pay for the other sticker. He declined and said dont worry about it just come back to us when you need another sticker.

I had an issue putting the decal I purchased on my vehicle; it was clearly my fault by cleaning the glass with RainX which did not allow the decal to properly adhere to the back window. After explaining the situation to Steve, he graciously sent me a replacement decal at his cost. I had offered to pay for the shipping fee as the failed application was a result of my own doing. Steve and the StickerShoppe replaced the decal with no cost to me. Their customer support is AWESOME! A great change of pace considering the poor support these days. Much Appreciated!

Never have gotten any of my orders wrong. Always on time and especially very patient with me! Love tagging every where I go with BILLS sticker especially annoying opponents... LOL
My stickers arrived quickly and they are exactly what I wanted. I was able to get the stickers at a local mall kiosk when I lived in California, but after much searching, I finally found Sticker Shoppe. Awesome!

Do to the postal service, I didn't receive my order for 13 days. StickerShoppe kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and even offered to sent it again if I didn't receive it! That's class.
