I ordered a few hard drives for my company, the shipment was delayed today because of the hurricanes and someone took the time out of their day to give me a call and let me know that the shipment would be delayed because of this and I deeply appreciate it!

The drive was correct, but the caddy was not correct. Had to replace the caddy with the one that was on the drive in predictive failure. I could have bought the drive on amazon without a caddy for a lower amount.

We received what we ordered in good time, no issues to report in the first 15 days of operation.

Thursday we discover a failed drive in an array. Order a drive overnight and on Friday it had not shown up. Called on Monday and the team recognized a shipping error. They sent me a drive overnight and paid for the shipping. Customer service was very easy to work with and prompt. I actually got two calls from separate people (Because I both called and emailed) and they worked together to get my client going again.

Ordered a replacement power supply for an HPE G8 server. It was easy to find the correct powersupply on the site and order it. Received it quickly. It was new and well packed. Put it in the server and worked perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and the service.

Picture on web site showed this model but I received a different model than it. I had to return my 4 items for refund. I had rather had the parts and not had to pay for return shipping.

Guess this model is just not available at the moment.

Called in because I needed a drive for my SAN. I told the person on the phone that I had some drives but the tray for the drives did not fit my SAN. He assured me the drives can still be used I just needed a new tray for them to fit my SAN. He saved me a big hassle of having to return and re-purchase new ones. I really appreciated his help with my situation.
