I ordered a sweatshirt and realized less than 2 hours later I ordered the wrong color. Customer service chat and phone reps are unable to make changes unless done within 30 to 60 min. It was a non customizable item and all I wanted was a different color sent. They said they could not cancel and let me reorder either. If I return it for the correct color after the fact they will charge me 9.95. I will never order from them again.
1 day worn. Followed cleaning instructions shirt still faded. I don't see how one wash can ruin my shirt.@$40 lost and know I can buy it for half the cost.
Terrible experience they advertised products but they had no stock, heck I went back to the website and the product is still advertised but still no stock. Totally hopeless then their refund took forever to happen

I purchase a varsity jacket on December 4th and the estimated arrival date was December 14th. I reached out by chat like 3 times, especially once I saw my order said processing still. It had already been a week and a couple of days. Each time I reach out by chat I received different answers or no answers at all besides that I would receive it by the 14th. Once the 14th was here and it was not received I was pissed! I reached for the 4th time and the lady told me the item has not been shipped yet and it's being sent to an escalation team. Which they would get back within 2-3 days. I explained to the lady I really wanted the coat and not a refund. The so call escalation person reach out and explained they had not heard back about the coat and they will let me know something soon. The next day or 2 my money was refunded and I got no explanation! I was pissed! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT GET THE

I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/20/23 and was told it would be arriving on 12/14/23. The 14th came and nothing arrived. I then reached out and was told that the item is out of stock which was news to me since at no point it was communicated to me that it wouldn't arrive and they had no information on when it would be expected to arrive. So I am extremely disappointed and plan to never purchase something through their store again.
Placed an item for next business day which has come and gone order still showing processing agent says call back tomorrow but can't refund or help. Just wait for item then return and once they receive will process refund. The order has never shipped!
Will not purchase from this site again. Even after looking at size chart it still ran small and short in length. They will also charge a 10.00 return fee back to your form of payment. Or you can put it on a e-gift card for free.
I ordered a custom jersey on-line and accidently ordered Lage instead of X Large. So I contacted their office within 50 minutes of placing the order and guess what! They can' do anything about it. Their excuse was that it's too far along in processing! What a joke! Does this company even have departments that work together? Then they tell me it's a final sale. Just terrible! Worts service I have experienced in years!
Why did I have to call customer service just to see where my damn order was. Management is terrible here, my order was ordered on the 24th and shipped on 25 August and was supposed to be here September 1 and now I'm getting information from customer service that it should be here on the 15th, this place is terrible. And then you guys try to give me 30% off discount code, I don't want that I want my money back and then customer service is saying if I get the item we can schedule a return, no I don't want to talk to none of you if you guys can't communicate with the customer, then the store shouldn't even be open.
I'm in shock of how this company is conducting themselves relating to my refund. They said my refund was declined and I need to go through my bank and dispute the original purchase! The date of purchase doesn't fit within my banks criteria and my bank said that there is no reason why a refund would be rejected- Even on an expired card! NBA.ca won't even assist in verifying the card info with me or any other info and has slammed the door in my face! Are you kidding me? You consider this matter closed? What kind of customer service is that!? It's shocking behavior.
This site sucks. Buy ANYWHERE else. They can't be as terrible as this place. Never again. I will use ebay next time.

They will tell you it had been their technical problem and that they would get in touch with you whithin 72 hours.
Well, they won't. Then you complain.
Then they tell you, you would get the product by xy date. Well, you won't! You complai again.
Their chat doesn't work since several weeks. You complain. Because you want your order or your money back after 2 weeks of email changes. No answer.
If you finally got an answer from the customer service, every time it is somebody else, telling you every time sy else!
Summary: i am still waiting for my order or for my money back.
IT IS A HORROR!
Received incorrect hat with cursive on it, came in a box, but couldn't return anything due to it only being a hat.
My order was about a week late and returning it you got to cover the in AND return-shipping (23 dollars for one jersey within US and 27 in EU!). They lure you in with codes and rebates but you end up paying the bill when you got returns.
Products are good but I'll never buy there again.

I bought a product that was NOT as described. It costs $9.99 to get a return shipping label AND $9.99 for the refund to be put back on your credit card. That's $20.00 for the return. I will NEVER buy from this site again. What a rip-off!
Nba store is still trash. Left a review back in January. Never received my custom jersey. $#*! nba store and anyone who is affiliated with it. Trash trash trash and more trash. Useless, incompetent and clearly does not give a flying $#*! about its customers. Will never even consider this garbage again.
Do not purchase from them. I ordered two jerseys the same sizes on the same day for the same NBA team. One fit great and the other was like a giant sack. Returned the oversized one and waited one month for my credit. I emailed and called them over a few days and suddenly got an email that a refund had been issued in the form of a gift card. Seriously? You think I want a gift card to make another purchase from them? Contacted them again to request a refund to my card I paid with. Was told it was a non-issue, and they would correct it within 7 days. 10 days later I contacted them as the credit was not showing up and was told they were behind, but it would be done in the next couple days. 14 days later I called again, and they did not know why it was not done but offered me a $5 credit and said it would be escalated to a higher priority. Just called them again, after another week of waiting, and they still have not processed it, nor do they have an eta other than "should be another day or two". I will never buy from them again and encourage you to do the same.
I ordered the jersey twice. I never got the first item and got a refund. Ordered the same item again, as this is what customer service told me to do and I was refunded the first time. Now going to return the second item because I got a Notre Dame sweatshirt when I ordered a Bucks jersey. Then I called and now they are out of stock...of course!
I ordered a jersey in November and still haven't received my order. (1/2/23) I checked the status and once again the date has changed again 4th time til February.
Answer: You have the same as me and many other people apparently. I ordered with express delivery, been waiting 8 days now and still not a single update. It's as if they took my money and have no intention of delivering anything.
