Decided to get a new battery after my current one started deteriorating after 4 years of usage. Got a replacement battery for my 10yr old laptop and it took about a week for delivery. Battery was well packed and protected, process was smooth and the battery holds on to charge as you might expect of a new battery. Looking at possibly getting another battery for my other laptops from the same seller.

Then I saw all these reviews and photos, and started to feel reassured, but at the same time a bit suspicious that there were hundreds of high quality reviews. I had also not heard of sitejabber before, so I worried that this might all just be a very advanced scam.

But anyway, I was desperate to find the right battery for my laptop model which was hard to find anywhere else. I received a tracking number to a tracking site with a IP address URL (Note to storebattery: try to improve the tracking site if you can. It will go a long way in helping customers feel confident about their purchase) And just 7 days after placing my order, I have the battery installed in the laptop I am now using to write this review!

It was 7 anxious days as I worried that I had been scammed not once but twice now, but I can say that this site is legitimate and you will get your product. So shop with confidence!

Ordered a battery for my laptop from storebattery.sg online and received it around 5 days later. So far battery has been decent. However battery life don't seem to last as long as the one that came initially with the laptop. Maybe it has to have some kind of break-in time? Will see how it goes.

Order on 5 march and recieved it on 13 march. The delivery take around 5 to 8 days but the only problem i had is with the tracking number take forever to update

I have bought a battery from this company after reading much reviews. Decided to purchase it directly from its website, which is a big leap of faith. Usually I buy from platforms such as Lazada, Shopee or Amazon due to their strong customer protection policy. Well, the reviews are good and the price of the item is not too expensive, therefore I just gave it a try and glad I did. The battery looks like 3rd party, but it is well made. Fitted perfectly for the model I ordered for which is HP 14-ba110tx. Its a two year old model and probably HP original battery is already not of high quality to have been damaged in 2 years of use. I guess this will outlast or at least match 2 years. So far it has been 2 months, no issue. Good buy.
