It was a long and rough patch. With the fact of inheriting my grandmother's home after she passed the mortgage company kept giving me a hard time and a lot of issues when trying to make payments. Then I came across the law firm called them. They were incredible and really did put a fight for my situation it was a long process but they stood by my side the whole way. It was a very long process but I'm very grateful for the help that I have received from them and would highly recommend them to anyone that comes into the situation of real estate and needs help with anything. I can't thank them enough.

He actually listen to how I was laid off and behind on my mortgage and how he was able to help. I am very grateful to his team for helping me get back into my house. This is why I gave them a 5-star. Hired the firm to help with trying to save my home. I almost did not because I thought it was a lost cause and have hired other firms with no results. Finally! Thanks to James and his staff, I was able to get something in place that allowed me to keep the home with terms I could live with and made sense. The only goal that was not met was getting rid of my lender which they said was not possible from the start. I no longer have the stress of not knowing if I was going to lose my home.
