Dr Sunshine does a fantastic job and I recommend his Cocktails Around the World class for a more classic dive into cocktails, but also his additional classes for a unique perspective on a specific liquor

I have always enjoyed his classes and find myself appreciating cocktails that much more! Dr Sunshine does a great job of preparing you, giving a list of ingredients prior to class that you will use, and the class is the perfect atmosphere of laid back, but also focusing on the cocktails at hand and the history behind them! It is a fun and one-of-a-kind experience that I find myself looking forward to each time he comes up with something new!

Dr Sunshine is the most knowledgeable, fun, and passionate teacher who will not only show you how to make some AWESOME beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), but will also teach you the history and background of each key component. These classes are appropriate whether you're an experienced bartender, a casual drink-maker, or brand new to mixing drinks. I have never asked a question that he can't answer. These virtual cocktail classes are the best option for an educational and fun way to connect with friends in the same room or on the computer screen. Dr Sunshine will send you a list of ingredients to pick up, but will also give plenty of options to use things that you already have in your cupboard if you can't find an ingredient or forget to pick it up.
