The Haircuts are Great but nowadays they are mostly for women. Try to make the haircuts for men and women equal. :)
First, I went to the "Salon" at the Leslie/York Mills plaza. I was asked to wait for at least an hour, and a trim would cost $85. Outrageous!
So I went to Supercuts for the first time. Was pleasantly greeted by "Fariba" who seated me immediately and quoted a trim & style for $30. I enjoyed every minute with Fariba and was very satisfied with the end result. I will definitely return!

I'M SO PISSED! JUST CAME FROM THERE AND MY SON'S HAIR LOOKS DREADFUL. I ASKED FOR A FADE WITH THE PART AND THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED! THE PART ISN'T EVEN WHERE THE PART SHOULD BE - IT'S TOO FAR DOWN THE SIDE OR HIS HEAD! HE STARTS A NEW SCHOOL ON TUESDAY, AND I CAN'T SEND HIM LOOKING LIKE THIS!

I trusted the master and told them to do whatever they want for me to look beautiful and they coped with this task. I liked the result and will definitely come back for new experiments with my style.
When I was growing up, a man's word was his bond. Supercuts would not honor a current, valid coupon I had received just two days before. I later asked for a refund of the amount of the coupon ($7 off) presented prior to payment and am still waiting.
This is now an update. Supercuts said they are mailing me a check today for $7 so I am now satisfied with their response. The franchisee was very responsive. I will be returning there to get my haircut in the future.
