Blue topaz fell out of settings because prongs are too small.

The necklace wasn't the same shade of gold as shown in the picture. Wasn't crazy about the shade of gold..

I have nothing bad to say about super jewels. I received my order in record time and the blue diamond earrings are absolutely gorgeous. The necklace and matching diamond earrings were beautiful it was a gift and my daughter loved them. We play yankee swap but I was the banker I had envelopes filled with gold bars and sliver pieces. Some large silver and some small with double pieces or just one. They all picked a number 1 -9 and off we went. They had so much fun stealing from each other to get the gold pieces and large silver pieces you guys made this all happen by offering gold and silver at great prices.

I like it but nowhere on necklace or charm does it state that it is a real 1/2 carat anywhere. Is this white gold plated? I seen the orginial price and I bought this due to it being on sale, its very tiny but beautiful. Fast shipping.

I returned the bracelet. I thought it looked inexpensive. You should have it by now. I received a confirmation upon its return

I ordered a necklace via layaway with the final payment paid on June 20,2025. I queried several times both via phone message and the contact form for the status of the necklace. I finally got a sales rep on the phone in October and was informed that they couldn't fulfill the order. I asked for a refund and was informed that I had to wait on the business office to process a refund. I finally received a partial refund of $248.33, not the $2,489.98 I am owed. I was informed via email "We have to refund the payments the same way we received them, as the refund is going through the system. The balance amount will be refunded soon." Complete nonsense. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Superjeweler never contacted me to inform me they couldn't fulfill the order and now won't refund my money. I strongly urge caution in becoming their customer.
