I placed my order on a Friday and it did not ship out until the following Thursday. That's 6 days from when I ordered it until it actually was on its way to me. UNACCEPTABLE! I won't be ordering again for sure. Too many other options.

Ordered in late December, but only arrived this week. Still waiting on part of the order. I wanted to keep them in business, but I will think about ordering from a different vendor next time. Why do I need to write at least fifty words? Seems excessive.

I had previously experienced a problem with an order that had not been fulfilled. Apparently emails from the company were going into my spam filter, so I didn't see them trying to resolve the issue. After realizing that I hadn't received my previous order while placing another order, I negatively reviewed the previous order. They immediately reached out to correct the situation, and it's clear that they truly care for their customers. Thanks Swiss Knife Shop for restoring my faith in your fine business.

The SwissKnifeShop ended up having to place the items I had ordered onto back-order (this was around Christmas time). This honestly was not a big deal for me because, though it would have been nice to give the knives as Christmas presence, this was not the intent of the purchase. I let SwissKnifeShop know that once they contacted me about the back-order, but they still got my order out on time. I can not provide pictures because I had sent the knives to my nephews in another state and was not there for Christmas due to COVID.

The site was very easy to navigate and selecting parts was a breeze because of their descriptions. I'm keeping these folks in my favorites. Thanks for a smooth, fast transaction.

I love the knives I ordered for my 2 grandsons. Great personalization! The gifts were a big hit at Christmas. This is an excellent company to work with. I would order from them again in a heartbeat.

Great customer service from Swiss Knife Shop! When one of the items I had ordered was out of stock till a few days later, a rep called me and asked if I wanted them to ship the other items first, or wait till everything was ready to ship. This personal service is unusual these days.

We love the Victorinox serrated knives, and our new Wusthof paring knife. Items come quickly. I'm happy to give them by business instead of the giant online stores that you can't even call when there's a problem or question.

The quality of the products they offer and especially the incredible variety is beyond anyone else's I've come across, in person or on the internet. I've had more than a few "kid in a candy store moments". I've had several things engraved and all came out beautifully. Very reasonable pricing! A really big thing for me is customer service. The people there are so darn friendly and helpful. A+ to the wonderful people that work there. Christmas is coming up soon. Guess where I'm going to be getting a thing or two... or probably more :)
